Barring landing a lucky sucker slurp that ends up OHKO'ing Nightcrawler, Kurt can match or hard counter every single thing that Toad can do, IIRC, and has vastly superior mobility options. Not to mention that he could just teleport Toad into the sky and leave him behind, or possibly into the floor/walls, as soon as he manages to lay a limb on him.

Also, is this Original Timeline or Reboot Timeline Nightcrawler? Toad is probably screwed either way, but Reboot Timeline probably has more actual training by the time of Dark Phoenix.
