I was thinking the same thing, he does look like Deathstroke. But it's understandable since the doing is going after zombies, he needs another layer of protection.

His regular outfit let him survive for years in world filled to the brim with regular zombies and super powered ones. There's no need to wear more armor other than giving McFarlane another shiny model to make a toy of

Oh yeah, he still has that :p.
"Now Jason Todd has to unravel the mystery surrounding this team of the recently deceased while leading a line-up of some of Gotham City’s worst criminals who’ve ever lived: Bane. Man-Bat. The Arkham Knight. Sundowner. Mr. Bloom."
There's a list that nose-dives after the first name or two. Arkham Knight? Mr Bloom? They're at best forgettable. Is Sundowner an OC?
I guess there goes my trust that Tynion had a clever (or at least entertaining) reveal of faking Bane's death.
It says a lot when you have a group where Man-Bat is second most relevant guy. Thou to be fair original Secret Six was also bunch of nobodies asides of Deadshot.
Quoting myself from the Jason Todd thread

The horror panel. There's not much said specifically about Task Force Z but the little to that were mentioned do make me extremely wary from the book. First, Rosenberg said is a bout a "becoming a monster" and second asking themselves if Jason is a zombie too. The first one is just dragging once again if whatever Jason does is right or not, and the second is just massively stupid. Unless he's moving while his flesh is rotting and his organs fall apart, then no, he's not a zombie. Like jeez, who thought that was a question that needed to be answered?
Quoting myself as well:
I wouldn't trust any over the top quote from any panel. They're made to bait and catch casual readers, and are often exagerated. Much like most interviews and half the solicits.
I mean, as usual, distrust wild statements. Jason isn't going to be a zombie or become an actual monster. Like, seriously not going to happen.
And if I end up being wrong, well, we will see what and how happens.
Jason Todd being a zombie? How characteristically uninteresting of a concept that is!
My local comic shop got the listing for all the upcoming series and they have Task Force Z listed as a mini.

Not sure if this premise could last as an ongoing anyways.

I really, really hope this is just misdirection.
DC isn't as dumb as to make Jason a zombie too, right?

Just silly promotional art.
I mean, at least, for me, it's clear what it is.

I mean Rosenberg has confirmed Jason is not a zombie at SDCC this year.
"The Road to Task Force Z" starts in next weeks Detective Comics 1041 backup.

Is a 12 issue maxi-series, not an ongoing
