In situations that have nothing to do with race it has not been important to him. This is nothing but “some of my best friends are Black.”
He's brought it up a number of times in the past, most notably when he created Simon Baz. But I know it's awfully inconvenient when people bring their ethnicity into things where you think it's irrelevant.

It's more like "I'm a minority, too" than "some of my best friends are black," IMO.
It's a caste system. Warriors stick with warriors. Political families mix with other political brokers. Working class stick with their own. Every child born to that family goes into the family business.
There were no designer babies being made to express phenotypic outcomes.
Caste system and "artificially engineered" are two very different things.

You’re more right than I was but I think they’re of a piece in this situation. They’re both tone deaf fails of dodges that only made things worse for him.

He'll will be haunting WB fifty years from now still hoping to play Cyborg once again, except no one will have cared for many a decade. :)

I admit I kind of admire Fisher's persistency even if I'm not sure if he's going to keep bringing this up for every WB/DC movie until something happens.

WB gonna give Hamada a fair shot
I hope next 4 films do well under him. He seems willing to use a lot of secondary characters and fan favorites
I cant wait for Batgirl Static and Zatanna casting

Of course he will. What else does he have? But, and this isn’t to diminish what Ray went through, people aren’t going to care. He did that explosive tell all interview and now it’s over, he doesn’t have anything left. Even if he did it wouldn’t make WB want to work with him, his constant shots at Hamada have all but guaranteed he’ll never work on a WB movie again.

Hamada can’t even apologize if he wanted to it would make WB liable and open to being sued

Hamada has zero to apologize for. He wasn't working for DC at that time.
What else does he have?
NOTHING because if he has some work-he wouldn't be still yelling at the WB. And no studio wants a distraction.

What would he be apologizing for?
What would he be apologizing for?
For whatever Ray wants tampering with an investigation, not that Ray feels strongly enough to sue

Apologies serve no purpose from a PR standpoint. They're usually done solely for damage control that tends to have the opposite effect and noone even thinks they're sincere. Noone took Affleck seriously after he apologized for groping Hilarie Burton years ago.
