No, there have been no comics covering the period he was imprisoned by the Flashes.
Other than a brief flashback in an issue of 'The Flash: The Fastest Man Alive', where he's only mentioned and not seen, there hasn't been another look at what happened with Superboy-Prime after he was taken to the Speed Force.
I think he is referring to the time he spent in the guardians captivity.

No, I meant the time he was trapped in the speed force.

Then you should have explicitly stated that instead of mentioning red sunlight cuz he was imprisioned after IC by the guardians in a construct under a red star.
