One good thing that Tyke did was making friends outside of the X-Men. If his history was merged to Cyclops', I'd like to see him having good memories of this time and hanging around with Venom.
Dani Moonstar + All of Asgard
Sunspot + R.E.S.C.U.E (used to be A.I.M)
Power Pack.
I am not kidding either since they participated in mutant rescue during the Mutant Massacre.

Scott Summers and Eddie Brock bromance?
That wasnt canon and I wouldnt really call them friends.
Iceman - Spider-Man, Human Torch
Are the First Class books really non-canon? I thought they took place in between issues of the original Lee/Kirby run?
Power Pack.

True, i just rememred that Logan actually is friends with Katie Powers.
I remember that Rogue and Kitty got a nice team up woth then in the CC days.
I keep seeing this, but outside of The Amazing Friends cartoon, does Peter and Bobby had some friendly story in the comics?, besides the recent Iceman issue of course.
The cartoon definitely made it a thing and while thye dont interact a whole lot in the books, whenever they do, they are portrayed to be friends. Spider-Man and the X-men acknowledged them as buds and we got a little bit of it in Amazing X-men

Thanks, so at some point in universe the 3 were a team or at the very least had of couple of fun adventures together, pitty that it seems to be poorly flesh out thougth, i wouldn't mind if Marvel made a story explaining a bit more of their friendship.
Rogue and the Uncanny Avengers. Everyone of them
Specially Deadpool and Human Torch.
Emma and Namor
Mags and Loki or Doom
Iceman and Spiderman

When they were originally published the were meant to fit into the original continuity without contradicting anything. I think technically, no, they aren't canon and as time goes on they become more unable to fulfill their original premise, but at the time at least you could consider them canon adjacent without it being an issue.
Now it's more like a limited What If? series.

yes they are non-canon. Taking place between issues of the original run only gives the stories context but they arent canon to the character's continuity
She-Hulk has fought for mutant rights in the court room as well as being the lawyer for Charles Xavier and the x-team in X-Men Gold. In her recent solo series, she watched over a minor mutant when the child's mother was facing charges. However, she has no close ties to any particular X-person.
Beast and Wonderman, as well as other members of the avengers.
Rogue and the Uncanny Avengers.
Iceman and Spider-Man, as well as some members of the Champions and Defenders.
Kitty, Nightcrawler, and Rachel should be friends with all of the non-mutant members of Excalibur, if my limited knowledge of Excalibur is correct.
Wolverine and just about every other character in the Marvel Universe.
Everyone's friends with Matt Murdock and the FF.
Beast is close with Wonder Man, the Vision and Banner.
Iceman is still close with his Champions buddies.
