This better surpass War of the Realms.

It's really weird, but if the execution is good

Same old character groups being used? this is bordering on reader abuse. Bring back all these mutants and not even use them. Why can't writers introduce and elevate other mutants when they receive all these accolades and compensation.

While that is funny, we saw teen Cyclops training with a cutlass during his space-pirate adventures with his dad, so Cyclops isn't the *last* person on that page who should have a sword...

you meant you want the event to ignore the teams on the ongoings... in a crossover

We still haven't seen young Storm or baby Havok and I'm not willing to tolerate it anymore.

How about just plan an event that would use more of the 2nd and 3rd tier mutants. Is that too hard a concept to grasp. Let's not forget that X-Men were dying before Hickman came along, and the reason had in part to do with writers inability to be fresh, and/or incorporate other mutants, choosing only to focus on fanboy faves. They ran out of stories that weren't about Jean Wolverine, prof X, and Scott.

I have always mentioned this and will say it again, Brooks is a GOD and yes it was just a promo art.

I ... really don’t think the focus on main X-characters is why the books weren’t doing well. But okay. To each his own. Maybe more focus on the Slipstreams and Sharkgirls and the like will take the books back to their former glory. Who knows? It’s possible.

There's literally a character on that promo whose name we don't know yet because the comic he's in isn't out yet. I think that promo is doing a good enough job of mixing A listers with others.
