on the Sword of X free comic book day that came out today that Hickman written, there's a 2nd story by Tom Taylor which was Tony focus but its question if it will be canon to 616, i hope it is, im usually not too invested in AUs.

Thank you so much. I'll have to lookout for it now.
Seems like Marvel's answer to DCeased or Injustice.
Same writer too.
I don't think it's in main continuity...[spoil]Because Tony is killed.[/spoil]

Former is funny since it was their answer to Marvel Zombies.
So they just ripped off the rip off. Taylor becoming the go to post apocalyptic guy. This won't be my jam anyways so meh.

He does seem to be doing this kind of story a lot...

at first i thought it was gonna be in 616 somehow considering Tony lost his leg but growing limbs is kinda a thing in the marvel universe with Tony resources, or he can be more like Forge get a metal leg. Taylor confirmed its not canon.

After hearing about and seeing that. I'm glad it's not in continuity lol.
So what does everyone think about Tony’s action in Empyre so far?

So far so good. Like his inner monologue. Does kind of push Cap and Thor out of the limelight a bit but I’m good with that for now. I think setting up Reed and Tony’s monologues, working off each other as almost narrative is quite good. I admit, I’m a fan of Ewing.
