No, she is not. And please keep her out of this. She is a much older, much more established character who deserves better than to be the arm candy for a new, more trendy character. Do what you want with him, but leave her out of any movie he gets.

Yes, in the article the series in development is titled "Val Zod", it's him. ;)
I'm with Achilles. Keep Power Girl far away from Val-Zod. I don't dislike his character, the project
could be fun, but she should be treated with respect, not as arm candy.
