Although present in some recent not so good movies, a character who has been absent for years going toe to toe with a major MCU hero speaks volumes about her relevance. Voting for her.

Current comic Jean couldn't beat J. Jonah Jameson.
Even losing to Thor, Jean still managed to get to the final, that's very impressive, she is the only x-men which had enough fans support to carry her this far...

A pity she lost but just barely and Thor was boosted by MCU fans who don't even know or care of Jean. Imagine how well Jean will do when she's an MCU lead X-Man.
