No massive lists. Pick One!
The Avengers Assemble moment. Nothing else even comes close. I really think the score is what ultimately helped make that scene as awesome as it is because it sounds like angels are coming down from heaven to help you in your darkest hour.
The Avengers army coming through the portal just after Thanos summoned his massive army. The score, the portals set against the dark sky, Avengers Assemble, it's all so perfect.
Kiss Me Once and Kiss Me Twice and Kiss Me Once Again. Nothing else comes close.
Best action moment: Avengers Assemble and the classic old-school superhero smackdown.
Best dramatic moment: Nebula reconciling with Gamora, again!
Best comic moment: Bruce Hulk in the diner with the autograph kids.
Since the Avengers Assemble moment has been mentioned I'll do my others favs. First and foremost is Cap wielding Mjolnir, Scott reuniting with Cassie, Scott punching the Leviathan, Thor dual wielding, Thanos headbutting Carol. There are more but these are the standouts right now.
Cap wielding Mjolnir and beating up Thanos.
I will cheat a bit as the scene continues with Cap beaten and his shield broken. But he gets up and faces the entire army. Wow!
My favorite moment has to be Cap looking at Thanos' army, strapping his shield on tighter and getting ready to fight.
Second fave is easily "On your left."

Cap wielding mjolnir was the worst moment of the film. Cap is not worthy. Not in the conception of Odin's view of worthiness. Cap wouldn't even come close.

You are wrong.
On a side bar, I assume Cap took Mjolnir back in time so it would be where Thor needed it during Malekith's assault on Asgard.

Actually, I am totally right.

I believe that you believe that.
The dance.
Runner up: "on your left "

The idea that caps morals and values from 1945 are in alignment from Odin's morals and values from 1500 years ago is pretty much nonsense.

Decades of canon disagree.
Also, Cap and Thor are not that far apart in moral alignment, all things considered.
