This was a flexi-disc from Mad Magazine back in the day. The joke was that on any given listen, you might get any one of eight different random endings when the singer gets to "UNTIL..." This upload has them all.
I think I probably first heard this on the Dr Demento Show. It's David J from Bauhaus and Alan Moore...yes, that Alan Moore.
Dr, Demento is God. As for comic writers, thrill to Neil Gaiman's considerable musical talents.
"Eye In The Sky" scared me as a child.
Now I know what they mean about the Illuminati. >>
Actually that would be a good song for Dr. Strange. Or a bad one?
Good one for Strange.
Bad one for Doom Patrol.
*sigh* Miss Craig Ferguson. I know he's still around, but I don't see nearly enough of him.

I just barely remember seeing this as a child. This is from a kid's cartoon called Chicken Soup With Rice. Maurice Sendak from "Where the Wild Things Are" directed and the music is by Carole King. Of course, I didn't know who either of their names when I was 8 yrs old.

These days people would call this "naive art" but decades ago when it was getting played on morning radio shows and whatnot, folks were digging in on the "so bad it's good" tip

Creature Features was a local TV show back in the 70's that would show old horror movies

The music here is by Henry Mancini. I'm kicking myself cuz I can't remember the name of the the sci-fi/monster show that used the intro to The B52s' "Planet Claire" as their theme music.
I wanna say that Link Ray's "Rumble" was used for some other monster/horror show, but I can't trust my memory on that.

I didn't watch the Glee TV show when it was originally on. I just recently discovered this clip and I think this is better than the original music vid

Another Glee cover.
By the way, waking up transients in subway stops and asking them their favorite Petula song is frowned upon in Boston.

So funny they used the wrong, classically misunderstood lyric in that "Safety Dance" video.

How about some music from when a 5 year old was on the top of the charts in France?
