Die Hard with a Santa Claus
Nik's RPG looks interesting but I just don't have the time to do it this go around.

All entirely fair points. Sorry to hear about all the overtime though, hope things calm down for you at some point in the future.
Your system looks awesome, but I just can't get enough time to dedicate to it. I guess I'm to use to play by post RPGS at this point.
But it is a PbP Rpg.
Do you mean a Freeform RPG?
so Im still watching Rings of Power(already have Amazon Prime and its the only streaming service I can access at work), not going to go too far into it as anything that needs to be said has already been said. Still working through the Silmarillion as well and an interesting(and I'm sure completely unintentional) parallel just popped up. So in Amazon's attempt to "humanize" the Orc(because of course they do) the argument used of "oh don't the Orcs deserve their own land? It's the Elves' fault!" is almost identical to the one Morgoth used to try and set the Elves and Humans against each other when the Humans first arrived in Middle Earth(oh just leave the Orcs be and let them have their land and everything will be fine, its the Elves' fault!). And I just find myself wondering, did whatever writer Amazon used for that part even have an inkling of that? Also just got through the Fingolfin and Morgoth fight and while the book can be a chore to get through moments like that live up to the billing

That’s what I meant.
The system is impressive but feels more at home at a table top session.

Freeform, then, gotcha.
People use all kinds of tabletop systems in PbP games all over the net - PbP isn't limited to Freeform.
Black Clover: Asta is progressing steadily in his training while Ichika proves just how terrifying strong she is even while holding back. Hopefully, we see the other six samurai in action during this arc. It also looks like the Black Clover movie will be tie in with manga canon, according to Tabata's recent comments.
My Hero Academia: [spoil]It is cathartic to witness AFO/Shigaraki on the backfoot of a beatdown and losing his self-assured composure. However, Deku does seem to reaching his limits by continuously exploiting amplified variations of his Quirks and is at risk of breaking down. And we're finally going to see what Spinner's actual purpose is in All for One's plan.[/spoil]
