Yeah, I'm right there with you both. I selfishly wanted more Rogue details/mentions because she's my gal and I'll probably always be lukewarm on Carol (even when she's being really well written as she is by Kelly here). But yeah, it's Carol's book and it probably doesn't make sense to put all that Rogue detail in here. Even if we all want it, the CM fans would be all *shrug* and may not follow X-Men even. I did love their exchange though. And I thought the art was beautiful. I would love to see Carmen draw Rogue and Remy together in panel sometime since she has done them so well separately. And I loved Rogue's part in the battle and also who was there to greet Jessica Drew at the end.

Next week is preview week and I can’t wait! I’m so curious about the vibe/plot for this arc!

I finally had a chance to pick up digital copies of this book and I'm really enjoying it (although not caught up yet). I'm sorry the run is almost over but I'm so glad Rogue and Remy aren't part of the whole AoXM garbage.

I would be estatic if we had either of these teams on Rogue and Gambit. Fingers crossed!

Oh dang, I wasn't prepared for this. I would be surprised if neither team had Rogue or Gambit, but I'm intrigued regardless just because of the creative teams

If it happens that Larraz is drawing Rogue AND Gambit in a book, I will probably keel over and die. But I'll die happy. ;)
At any rate, what a great team-up!

I'm all in with Kelly and Pepe, but please no Taylor. X-men Red was trash I don't want anymore of that again.

I like Taylor's Gambit. There were not a lot Gambit in RED but I liked it and #11 is one of his best appearences ever.

Yeah, I think Taylor wrote a solid Gambit, when Gambit did anything. I'd be okay with him being in Taylor's book

I have to disagree with you.
I don't want another huge team roster were some characters are only left standing in the background and only have one cool moment in a dozen issues.
I don't want badass villains like Cassandra Nova poorly written and turned into idiot clowns to fit the plot.
I don't want another overly preachy comic book telling people how are supposed to behave.
I don't want ridiculous plot devices like "mean comments online can destroy sentinels" and let's all wear Magneto helmets.

I am not speaking about RED as whole book. It was ok at best.
But I liked Gambit in it. Taylor likes him and is writing with respect. I would like to see how Taylor would write Gambit with small team.

In my opinion a good Gambit surrounded by a bunch of nonsense, is at the end of the day something not very enjoyable.
I'll stop here because I don't want to derail this thread into a discussion about Tom Taylor instead of Gambit and Rogue.

So marvel made a lot of teasers. Now I think that KT and Larraz are not for ongoing.
All this are probably something like X-Mas Special with 1 page per artist and writer.
