let me ask this question. ororo is omega level weather manipulator which includes cold yet ice is negative temperatures omega mutant. how would their uses of this very different in terms of how low they can go?
Maybe Storm affects the temperatures in an external way i.e. changing the temperatures around a body and Bobby does it in an internal way at a subatomic level.
Just guessing here.
lololol look at what you trying to do. rogue technically was never an omega and to this day I still dont understand what the heck does omega level to in the context of Emma then even means lol.
The Xavier giveth and the Xavier taketh away.

Well, to me an Omega Mutant is also a mutant that can push the boundaries of Nature itself.
Example:
-Storm creating unnatural Air Pressure on Earth
-Iceman freezing the molecules around you causing absolute Zero Temperature on Earth.
Can Storm do that same? Yes, because it's an unnatural weather phenomenon. As for Iceman that's actual what makes him an Omega dropping Temperatures beyond Natural Limitations and changing his human body to something else.

possibley but we have seen ororo freezing items internally at least on two occasions. one was in BP&C actually lol. however I think I see what you mean now that is he can freeze things on a molecular level..

lmfao you are a mess. I do wish she would brach out and do things under her own mandate but dont see that happening anytime ever.

so in terms of temperature control, at least in the creating cold realm, you would say they can produce the same temperature?

I can see that.

IMO, Yes.
Storm came really close with her HyperStorm she created.
-
I can see that.
I'm really hope on a minor note we get to see what exactly omega level mens. I'm not sure how they could top the trion feat. lol

is this when Rachel took over her mind?

Yes.
And it was stated to be worse than Space because Storm was generating Wind as well.
And also consider the physical range/distance/scale she (and Iceman) can affect. I'm thinking, at near omega-output...they can affect the entire Globe.
Exactly.

I'd be concerned if continued resurrections somehow diminish the persons abilities to control their powers as effectively as they used to.
Sort of like how the Human/Cylons in Battlestar Galactica were diminished every time they were resurrected. They kept coming back imperfect.
Also, I maybe wrong but Storm has only "died" once and that was when she went through the Siege Perilous correct? If that does not count as a death, then can we say that Storm is one of the very few original/un-cloned mutants in existence?

Storm has died twice. From My Memory:
Siege Perilous as you said
During X-Treme X-Men Issue #18 after the Khan Invasion.

ahh ok this is what I thought. thank you.
and if it was worse than space which is already near absolute can it be assumed she created absolute in that case?

yes boo that is correct. she did technically then.
