Im all for all those instances being retroactively being a result of teen Jean going back to the past. Thats my head canon for Adult Jean going pink. She subconsciously would do it at times but without the knowledge of how to utilize this ability, she didnt use it to its fullest potential like teen did

When did he say that about restoring 2 mutants to their earlier years or is this some theory again
Powers of X says Xavier has restored himself twice to a back dated version.
So we know it can be done and a number of characters act like they’ve been backdated. Jean, Scott, Kurt, Esme, Sophie, Sabretooth, etc.

Did it really say that he did it to himself though? I thought it simply said he has done it twice.

Should we count the Shi'ar clone body?

The context was in regards to a telepath replacing their own mind

That shouldn't be possible.
That shouldn't be possible.
In a world with teleporters, reality manipulators and a sentient island...I would beg to differ.

So can we say Jean has a new younger body? People shouldn’t complain about artist drawing her younger anymore?

I don't even think that's necessary. Jean was young in the first place, unless she's just a teenager again.

Wasn't this the case since Rosenberg's Phoenix Ressurection?

Not really. That was her old body resurrected (assuming the Sisterhood retcon stuck). She is in an actual different body now which is artificially aged to whatever Xavier wants. This gets around all the discussions and arguments that people have about how old the characters should be when it really doesnt matter anymore

Yeah, i took it as Xavier doing it to 'himself' twice. Not to anyone else.

When the 5 was resurrecting them, Lorna metioned something about 'evolved into their desired age and perhaps into their optimal perfected form'...am curious is if that means true to their age or not...i guess we'll know soon, i hope...

Would Storm know if this new Jean reborn is the same one from X-men red?

My take is everything is the same except Jean’s body is now younger.
