there's also her time travel ability. Back in the NM days, her limitation was that she couldnt control it well but now she can with ease. There are alot of times you have to wonder why she doesnt just port back a few minutes or hours to prevent tragedies, such as Rahne's death

Eh, that is actually one of the few things that's been addressed before in a comic.
Not saying it is foolproof, but Illyana has tried to go back in time before to save someone only to see them die again despite her attempts.

She actually explained to Sapna that she'd want nothing more than to go back in time and prevent the whole world-eater thing from happening, but she wouldn't because:
"I'm just a person like you. I'm not some god. And some things are just ... meant to be."

Same reason you don't see Tempus around anymore... too OP. She could literally fix everything and anything.

I think that has more to do with the fact that she was a Bendis creation and most new characters (especially the young ones), tend to get retired when their creators leave these days. I think if subsequent writers wanted to use her, they would

Refuses to help Old Man Logan
She seriously has great discipline with her powers. Limbo is connected to the entire omniverse, and she has control over the entire dimension. She could be having coffee with her dead parents whenever she felt like it. Heck she could get to know go into the future and cure cancer. She would have access to every major event in the marvel multiverse and the ability to change it's outcome. I wonder what possible consequences could happen if she abused her powers.

Yeah, those first two are what I was talking about.
Like most time travel shenanigans, it's impossible to predict how things might change based upon you meddling on what already happened, and often it leads to a worse outcome than if you'd not messed with things at all. Illyana has learned this, which is why it's rarely done. The reasoning is of course because it's too OP to let her fix everything, but the explanation is pretty standard as a time travel trope.

Has Illyanna ever teleported magically on panel? Her teleportation disks are part of her mutant powers but she did teach Pixie a teleportation spell. Also, has there ever been a time where her mutant abilities were hindered and she just used pure magic?

Once in Gillen and Once in Rosenberg, I believe.

I meant to answer this yesterday and forgot, sorry!
I cannot recall a time she teleported magically and not with her mutant power. I would imagine it would be indicated on panel by the teleporter repeating an incantation (ala Pixie's "Sihal novarum chinoth")...and I do not remember if Illyana has ever done that. I could be wrong though!
However, I do recall in Bendis' run when she was infected with Dark Beast's "nano-sentinels"(?), that limited her mutant powers, she did use magic to defeat a group of Sentinels...
