READERS: Wow! Just like Emma!
I didn't even read it
oh, yes. Emma was a villain, then became a hero and recently did some villain things
And Raven was a villain who's still a villain who only did good things because Remender exorcised the bitch out of her body for 2 minutes and Greg Pak had a Smurfette fetish.

You already know they're not gonna put Rachel on the cover when they already have "Better Rachel" on it.

So why Emma is working with Mystique then?

Why are the X-Men working with Dark Beast?

anti-hero, not villain. She hasnt been the X-men's antagonist in awhile, meanwhile, she's been working alongside them as a morally gray character for years
Why are the X-Men working with Dark Beast?
Dark Beast was their captive. He was working for them, not the other way around. There was nothing equal about that arrangement nor did he have much agency. Besides the X-men were psychically suggested to ally with him by Emma and Sinister. All their actions are questionable

Because Cyclops is dumb as hell.
He was also the one who led the vote for Mystique to join the X-Men.

Poor Rachel :(

It was good!
So why Emma is working with Mystique then?
Emma needed a pet and Raven's house-trained.

This complicate things for Emma
Because Rosenberg is dumb as hell
Fixed for ya. They had Nemesis, Prodigy, Kavita Rao available. Weren't used because Rosenberg wanted his anti-vaxx plot.
To be fair, Mystique has been oftenly written in the past as some kind of anti-hero fighting for mutantkind (especially during CC's run, Freedom Force years). It was after Irene died that she became unhinged. Forge tried to help her but it was done. She became a sociopath who would always have a personal agenda.
I... er... doubt Rosenberg's promotes anti-vaccination just because he stopped mutants from extinction via meds.

Well, yeah. But if we start blaming the writers, it's gonna be a different discussion.
All the X-Men have made moronic decisions and/or committed awful crimes by this point.
