"I enjoyed Legion of Super-Heroes: Millennium #1. I greatly appreciated the themesthat have been explored in this book so far and eagerly find myself looking forward to where they will lead when the conclusion releases. If you are feeling up for something a bit different than the standard superhero adventure, I'd highly recommend Legion of Suoer-Heroes: Millennium #1"
- But Why Tho? - Charles Hartford
Most negative review:

"If this is any indicator of what Bendis has in store, however, they'll probably have to wait even longer for a Legion comic worth reading."
-Kabooooom - Matt Morrison
As for reviews from places actually heard of before...
AiPT! - Ritesh Babu - 8.0
None of the major sites seem to have reviewed it, yet.
Which could be a bad sign.
They may be under a gag order from DC until after initial sales.
Edit:
Doing some googling.

But still not finding anything from CBR and Newsarama...

I am ‘in’ on this. I like the Legion in general. I’ve always thought the Thorn was an underused character but a fav of mine. Add Jon and a still alive Kara and I don’t see a reason to not give it a shot.

hey check out Bendis says there's more to the story at least that's how I'm interpreting what's going on: https://www.instagram.com/p/B2ALwCxh_OP/?fbclid=IwAR3BqrLo7GT7N7K33JNgaUmnhwUA3bygyPusz3eRXDrrnPN1sQy2bV-tO1k

I found this it quite Amusing that another website was bloody cold wrong that the Thorn appearing in the new LSH series would be the Thorn that was once married to Alan Scott and the mother of Jade and Obsidian. That made no sense to me whatsoever.
Silly old Rich!!

I think we should see how the JSA return works before we totally shun this notion. Alan's marriage and kids are still Schrödinger's supporting characters until we get some more detail. A point speculative supporting this idea is that if Rose is immortal, she should be active in both Golden Age and in today's stories.
"bloody cold" was a nice turn of phrase there, though.

Something about that Booster Gold dialogue just throws me off...I mean, I'd like to just chalk it up to "Bendis Speak" but I dunno. I ordinarily would think Bendis would write Booster well but it just feels weird.
I miss the Jimmy Olsen hologram :p.
I don't even want to get into the mess of continuity that is all those displays. But hey, Nicola Scott ;).

Well this is interesting, on one hand the supersons are back together again and maybe we will get to see both characters grow into something really cool together as futuristic heroes. On the other hand this probably doesn’t bode well for the current Teen Titans series.

The one really good thing about this preview: it at least seems like, in the future of the DCU, the timeline has been set right.

Thanks to the current shenanigans in teen titans, i’m Pretty sure the series is on it’s last legs. Too bad about roundhouse- he would’ve Fit right in.

I'd probably be more into this if I thought Bendis wrote Damian well.

Or DC continuity is as much of a mess as it's always been...

Is it wrong of me to be more concerned for the JSA here, and that the lack of The Spectre in their panel makes me wonder if they've retconned him out?
