Dazzler would love that she's a Scemma shipper.
Cyclops really had a phase that he treated his team of mutants as expendable. Good call from Rosenberg have Dani call him on it
It's like Rosenberg has never actually heard of Scott, Hope, Emma, Magik, or Alex and is just going on what Jason Aaron and Jordan White told him.
Or...my theory that someone got embarrassed that Scott looked like the hero to nearly everyone that read AvX and has been trying to force that for years is right.
One day, someone will write a "Marvel Comics: The Untold Story" type of book about this period of Marvel and will confirm this, I'm sure.
Cyclops really had a my team of mutants are expendable. Good call from Rosenberg have Dani call him on it
Or maybe Rosenberg is secretly spirit2011? That would explain a lot.
I mean, i know that Scott isn't the friendliest X-Men, but Dani's speech is just so....weird, like how did you come to that conclusion?
How could his Moon-babe say that to him? THIS SCOTT DANI SHIP...IS OVER
Boy, Scott sure sounds depressed. I'd suggest he go check up on Dust, as seeing the Champions again might cheer him up - but unfortunately, four of the founders and both of his immediate replacements are currently off duty.

I would assume you only read books from Jason Aaron, but I remembered that you didn't read anything post-Morrison, so now I'm confused.
Rosenberg is permanently pretending it's like 2011 when it comes to the in-universe discourse. I'm surprised nobody brought up X-Force yet. It's also why this run keeps acting like Cyclops died in AvX or whatever.

The theme of this series as per Rosenberg was mental health and depression.

Scott sounds depressed, everyone else sounds insane blaming him. So yeah, that's accurate.

Well there is wikis and some people who read it too. I read Bendis

Magik is gone, Karma might be hidden somewhere, Nate is dead. Moonstar is feeling alone because she has no one to date. While Scott can turn to Emma (eww)

If only. Rosenberg would at least go out like a true madman, instead of a man mad about a particular character.
Cyclops really had a my team of mutants are expendable. Good call from Rosenberg have Dani call him on it
I do not remember Scott giving any orders in all this run that was responsible for the death of anyone. Like, Kurt in Second Coming? Yes, his call. Here? No one.
Strong Guy sacrificed himself. Banshee was killed in an ambush. Chamber was executing prisoners of war. Rahne made her decision. Sunspot was an idiot. Magik and Juggernaut were lost in a mission for which Dani voted in favor.

You see- but you're offering facts and logic. The X-office hates those because they get in the way of the "Cyclops is wrong" narrative.

I'm just dissapointed that the LoganxScott went nowhere, all that subtext for nothing:(

Yeah, but he was wrong in reforming the X-Men, even though the first thing he said after proposing the clean-up idea was that they might die trying to do it, and they all said "ok, we're in". But I don't know what we're supposed to feel with this. Dani acts like he haphazardly put them in danger when all of them consciously voted for it.

Blindfold was depressed as well apparently

It ended because he thought Scott went there to rescue him, but actually went there for Elixir. It was the last straw.

"Scott, when you said this was probably a suicide mission, we thought you were kidding."
"Scott, when you said this was probably a suicide mission, we thought you were kidding."
Scot: "Am I a joke to you?"
I'm not talking about now, and I don't think Rosenberg is talking about now too
Rosenberg simply likes to make a completely straight cliche and in the end say "Hey, this was a cliché" and hope to get a medal.
There is more intelligent meta comment in Scary Movie 5 than in this.

That's goes against what JDW was saying. Unless editorial wants to finally explain why Scott = Hitler for the last four years.
Uh, I didn't get Dani's Point here.
Can anyone enlighten me???
Uh, I didn't get Dani's Point here.

Scott= WRONG, EVIL, BECAUSE....REASONS!
Essentially, the X-men office since 2011.

Ask the real X-office.
That's goes against what JDW was saying. Unless editorial wants to finally explain why Scott = Hitler for the last four years.
What JDW said? that he wouldn't bring past runs into this? or do Scott a redemption story?

I feel like Rosenberg beat meta into readers like a brick. I works for past runs but not for this one.

As Snopp said, she is basically saying that he is not the only one that has suffered and that he needs to get over himself. but is worded in such a weird way (while trying to make a half assed meta commentary) that just come across as Dani guilt tripping him into doing something.
Uh, I didn't get Dani's Point here.

It seems Dani is upset with Scott because he deliberately created the X-men while knowing it could lead to their deaths. At the same time, she thinks Scott views them as nothing more than soldiers fighting a war. At least that's what I think.
That being said, I don't know why she twisted the direction into something that doesn't make a lot of sense. As if Scott wanted to keep the "normal"mutants alive.
What JDW said? that he wouldn't bring past runs into this? or do Scott a redemption story?
He said on one of the Mondays that explaining why Scott was wrong will not happen and that writers that go after him will be talking about current events only.
It ended because he thought Scott went there to rescue him, but actually went there for Elixir. It was the last straw.
I guest that Logan feel that he was thrown aside for a younger man. probably not the first time.
Uh, I didn't get Dani's Point here.

Scott told them it would be a dangerous mission in which people could die, Dani thought he was lying and that he was leading them to a safe place and he would save them all, Scott was serious.

Thanks ALL OF YOU.
As I was reading it just seemed like she was just rambling on and I was just trying to figure out where are you going with this Dani??
But thanks for the Clarification ALL OF YOU.
In today's episode of "Being(or trying to be) meta and self-aware doesn't necessarily mean it's good":

"Scott, you lost a son (many times), a daughter, a wife (3 times the same one), a father figure, essentially all your friends, has been killed, had one of the worst psychopaths of all time in your head for months, was a guinea pig for Sinister when you were a kid, went mentally insane when you got the Phoenix against your will, has been hunted down by your government and rejected by your friends...but you have a chance to do it with Emma now, so your life is easy".
He said on one of the Mondays that explaining why Scott was wrong will not happen and that writers that go after him will be talking about current events only.
Sure they are using the events of this run, but it is really talking about past runs.

I do not know what we could expect from a writer who started this story with "All X-Men stories are the same" in a pretentious black background.

Pana, i never said that i agreed with it, just saying that was the intention. Even with that, i don't think that it makes a lot sense so it come across as flat to me.
It is only bad if Cyclops does it, it doesn't matter if other characters commit genocide or mind rape people. Scott is just evil, everybody else is a saint even if they do horrible things it is Scott's fault.
I love double standards.
