I hate that this is the Harley Quinn show, or at least it feels that way. This should be Dinah and Helena focused and Harley is a secondary character to them. If Barbara isn't going to be here, then Dinah and Helena should be the core of the team.
As a big fan of Misfit, I disagree. I think the nurturing of new heros is a great idea for the Birds.
The BoP where originally doing international Spy stuff, teenages don't really fit into this.
And Misfit was imo incredibly annoying.

The Birds shifted fairly radically with Simone's first run. They did some spy stuff, like in her Spy Smasher arc, but tended much more towards missions of mercy for much of her run.
Misfit was really cute and funny, I thought. But I know a reasonably large chunk of the audience agreed with you.
According to Deathstroke (or was it Teen Titans ?) she is trapped in Limbo.
Power Girl is imo anyway to powerfull for the classical Birds of Prey stories.
I believe Power Girl was last seen trapped in Limbo, with Tanya Spears who went in to try to save her. I think that happened in a Deathstroke Annual.
But: She's been drawn on a Heroes in Crisis cover, and now she's appearing in a 2-page promo page - the spread that says
DC Year of the Villain - Who Are the Infected?
Power Girl is on the lefthand page, just beyond J'onn's left shoulder, beneath Detective Chimp. At last I think that's her.
I don't know that these drawings mean anything. Or, it may mean She Is Leviathan. Or something.

Birds of Prey tends to be a bit more seriously written than Totally Spies.
