Say what you will about King's run, the padding, dialogue, etc., but one thing you can't say is that he hasn't had a long term plan that he's been sticking to.
At this point, I'm skeptical that he does, at least one which is coherent and makes a lick of sense, but whatever floats your boat. We'll find out soon enough if there is a true endgame or just a confusing mess the next writer must quickly clean up (if they can).
Selina's been in 5 of the last 27 issues. And in two of those she appeared as a figment of Bruce's imagination.
She still seems to be the focus what with Bruce constantly pinning over her like a spoiled child who lost his favorite toy. Plus, Selina appears to be the competent one who is now coming up with the plan and motivating Bats. Beyond the tragic deaths of his parents he never needed anyone/anything to motivate him before let all own do his thinking for him, how pathetic and disgusting.

Just to answer question.
From what I am understanding from your question; you are asking: "Did the Prime Earth Batman beat Bane? After that did Thomas Wayne shoot Batman and did Bane break Thomas Wayne's back?"
Yes Batman did beat Bane in a fight.
Thomas Wayne did NOT shoot Batman he was trying to tell Bruce that he should not be Batman and that everything that he did with Bane was to show Bruce how wrong he was.
Bane did break Thomas Wayne's back but we do not know what has happened since then since the new writer has not addressed this yet.
The story can be confusing, but Tom King the writer of the story had to rush and finish his story because he was kicked off the book and because of that the story jumps through time.
My take is that King could have written it better but he simply did not have time.
