Jean Wants YOU. Oracle is like, "HeeeEeeeey". And Broo is just happy to be included.
The signature says "after Drew", does anybody know the art being referenced?

So, the Drew in question is Drew Struzan, a pretty famous movie poster artist. But I don't think the cover references a specific poster, at least, none that I could find.

Looks like Hickman is doing what he did with Avengers World, write an arc that builds on his main line book and then possibly leave the title

So Yu used Struzan as inspiration. No wonder this cover is much better than Yu raw work covers

Oh wow. bomb ass cover.
I'm hyped for this. Love to see Hickman tying his strings together.

Hickman's only on New Mutants for one arc, the space shenanigans, and then Brisson's taking over full-time.

I don't think he's leaving X-Men, certainly not anytime soon. Not sure where this idea came from but Hickman is surely making bank for Marvel right now. Won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

Cautiously awaiting what the New Mutants #10 solicit is gonna look like now. It couldn’t seriously be another Armor/Glob adventure, right? Right???

Did we ever find out who are their parents?

No, that still is a secret
So is he leaving X-Men?
Sorry I was unclear, he is writing New Mutants to have this meeting in X-Men #9 and then leaving the New Mutants title. Similar to Avengers World he wrote one arc with Spencer and then Spencer took over full time

I dont think there is a secret. They are two mutant children and there was never an implication that the parents were anyone special
