Cho is doing an interconnecting cover.
I wanted to add a thirsty comment about Colossus but I can't think of any witty one, so I'll just stare in the background while someone does it like Miss Frost is doing in this cover.
I'm loving Piotr's shiny nipslip. That said, he and Ben haven't tussled since Piotr was still a teenager(I think they arm wrestled in that annual with the FF and Badoon). I would think Colossus has overcome him by now, in terms of strength.

Ben beat Devil Hulk.

There was the AvX fight, but Peter had the Juggernuat's power complimenting his own. Although Colossus is my favorite character, I don't think it counts. Overall, I give the fight to the Thing if they clash, but this is not the "lift/press 70 tons" Colossus of yore.
They are friends, but the stakes are high. Throw in JDW, Ben may well mop the floor with him. If editorial lets the writer write, it should be a good fight.
I don't think it'd make much sense since her force fields are not even pure psionic energy like say Psylocke's constructs. Btw I'm curious too about the resistance since we've never really seen it being stated clearly on paper and she's been manipulated before.
Yeah isn’t sues powers almost but not really “light based” if that makes sense
It depends really on how psychic energy is depicted, I think. I think her shields allow her to manipulate energy in the EM spectrum such as visible light and such so it makes sense to block electricity and microwaves. As far as sound, she just gave the shields the adeguate consistency (they're still mechanical waves and she can block mechanical pressure/force since her shields are essentially solid).
It really depends on how the writer defines her powers and psychic powers. Emma has gone through her shields tho, and she's also gone through the ONE Sentinels shields by finding the right frequency so if it's an EM issue then a telepath could still work it out probably.
But it's mostly on the writer and I'm thinking way too deep about it hahaha.
See there we go
Ben beat Devil Hulk.
Yup. currently it's almost like, in the same way that the angrier Hulk gets, the stronger he gets; the more heart the situation needs and the more heart he exhibits, the stronger Ben gets.
If he felt, deep down, the fight was 'wrong' he'd lose to Colossus. If he was convinced he was really protecting his nephew from a threat... nothing would stop him.
Yeah isn’t sues powers almost but not really “light based” if that makes sense
Only her invisibility is light based, which is why she could do crazy things with light. Her force-fields are a different thing all together. I'm still waiting on a clear definition and exploration of them, but they aren't light-based.

I feel like Ben always gets the plot armor in these fights. I'm sorry, but Piotr is taller and made of a stronger material. He should be stronger. But I did not know Ben had that sort of 'escalating' aspect to his power.

Isn't Sue's power tied to hyperspace or some shit? She gets a lot of buff too. I guess as first family of Marvel they just get that. It's like Sue's untouchable, and Ben's the strongest, and Johnny's the best fire guy, over all mutants in similar wavelengths.

Ben's skin only looks like rock, it isn't made of actual rocks. So Piotr' s metallic skin isn't necessarily sturdier. And height means nothing.

They fought in AvX but Piotr had a boost as the then avatar of Cyttorak.
Or maybe it was just on a cover. Have to check.
Edit: Yes they did.

I think Sue's force powers are made of cosmic energy.

In terms of physics and leverage, and in terms of fighting, yes, height means something.

Right, but I was ignoring that one because it was AvX(didn't Natasha beat Magik in Limbo?), and Piotr was buffed with the Cyttorak curse.
This is the last time I remember them going head to head:

Why cant the Xmen just steal Franklins DNA and create a Franklin without memories of his family?
Why cant the Xmen just steal Franklins DNA and create a Franklin without memories of his family?
Because that would be unethical.
But wait, telling a kid that you are his real family and he should leave his folks is unethical too and also creepy, so idk.
Why cant the Xmen just steal Franklins DNA and create a Franklin without memories of his family?
Probably that will end happening otherwise Incoming wouldnt emphasize that Sinister still doesnt have Franklin DNA. But Franklin was irradiated at birth with cosmic energy so recreate his powers wont be that easy. This last part is a theory but I think that it would fit , Sinister searching a way to create a successful franklin clone
Why cant the Xmen just steal Franklins DNA and create a Franklin without memories of his family?
Because the writers know their already at the edge of the line of being fascist cult like the US and don't want to cross it quite yet...

Creepier than using your reality warping power to impregnate your own mother?
How do you think the FF will react to entering Krakoa? It's interesting because not a whole lot of non-mutants have gotten in yet, making such a visit worth noting.
I imagine Reed as feeling disgusted considering his stance on the amnesty and them trying to take his son, Sue as feel somewhere in the middle of disgusted and amazed, Johnny amazed and wanting to explore, and Ben being his usual grumpy self.
I hope Laura is involved in some capacity.

Disgusted is a strong word and there is nothing for them to be disgusted about.

they'd be disgusted at Reed trying to remove his son's powers and their support of Victor von Doom, the force behind Decimation.
It sucks Nate won't be around to interact with Franklin and the rest of the F4 considering he was good friends with them.

Knowing that it’s possibly just a cover scenario, Magneto vs Invisible Woman is a battle I never knew I needed to see. His ego and power vs her ruthlessness and badassery. After seeing her singlehandedly put the savage whup-up on Doom years ago, this would be so epic to witness.
I’m pretty sure that Empyre’s solicits kind of spoil Franklin’s choice to an extent
On the other hand, I bet Krakoan citizenship is a great way to get around Kamala’s Law

That's not even a fair fight. Susan would wreck him. Too many dirty tricks at her disposal.
They're not really dirty tricks at all. She's just more powerful than Magneto, it's just that simple. Susan is terrifying.
I think Magneto`s and Sue powers are quite similar, both have force fields, both can be quite creative with their powers and while Sue can turn herself invisible on a regular basis magneto has been shown to do this too in the past at least once.
It would be an interesting fight but all will depend on the circunstances if they really fight I hope the writer makes it interesting and doesn`t do what what AvX did, having Magneto abandon the fight to let Iron Man win.
But it would also be interesting to see Magneto and Sue debate their pov`s about Krakoa, Franklin and mutants, they have not had much interactions in the past but hardly have been real enemies, their last interestion was a team up mission of the FF/X-men during the Utopia era.

Valeria was a miscarriage. During the Claremont run of FF, yes that Claremont, the main cast visited some AU where Valeria was alive. One storyline later, Franklin uses his powers to give himself a sister.
Its only fitting that Nate comes back after Franklin is enrolled in Krakoan school.
Never understood why anyone could buy that Franklin would want to go to Krakoa out of any reason other than pure selfishness. With how he's portrayed, Franklin will always make the choice that allows him to get his powers back and maybe his own cult.
Well he`s a teenager who used to have the power to make universes on his own and now he can`t even adult heroes whine a little when they lose their powers but I don`t think it`s been clear that`s "exactly" his main motivation, some images show him having an argument with Reed and Reed also has his moments of being less than ideal when it comes to his relationship with his family, I guess we will see on the first issue what`s Franklin`s deal here.
Now I can hilariously see The X-men having different reactions to Franklin going to Krakoa, Xavier of course seems pretty happy and Kitty too because she likes Franklin but I don`t see the X-men being totally on his side, I think they would understand that he`s not thinking that well and probably they will offer a compromise to Sue and Reed so they don`t feel like they are having their child taken from them, a Krakoa flower for Franklin to go whether he likes there would be a perfect middle point of agreetment between both the X-men and Fantastic Four. Maybe that`s why we need Doom`s presence here to bring more controversy to the story and it`s in character for him to want to see what`s the deal with Krakoa and what`s their plan.

Same. Not something I wanted until I saw this cover.
They're not really dirty tricks at all. She's just more powerful than Magneto, it's just that simple. Susan is terrifying.
it's not that simple. Magneto will lose because he can lose without his reputation being damaged. mostly because no one expects the villain to win. Susan will win because there are only 4 members of the Fantastic Four. they each need to be seen as powerful enough to face down cosmic level threats. She needs it even more to make up for her being the weakest member at the outset. there's never going to be a story where Sue is overpowered by someone where she isn't given a chance to turn the tables/invalidate that loss. in that way, she's a lot like a female version of dr Doom. on the other hand, Magneto "wrecked" the Phoenix at one point. he's just that good at using his powers. him being shown to be effective in the use of his powers is generally enough for Magneto fans. i, personally, don't need him to solo every threat that he encounters.
