Wait.......Bissa, Robinson, and White aren’t anywhere on this. Oh god the X-Men are either gonna come out of this looking badass or being megalomaniacal villains.
Presumably it will be unintentionally the former after attempting the latter.

wait good catch. weird that the x-office is basically a non-factor on a story that's gonna be important to the line ... not even a nod to "head of X"

I will not forgive her until she has that horse resurrected!

Such is the way of all non X-Office uses of the X-Men.

"Tom Brevoort - Editor"
Might as well skip it already (but not really LMAO). If he's on this, that means Chip's idea was damaging from the go or it will be made into something to portray the X-Men badly.
We were on the verge of greatness. Might still be, but I'll never trust Brevoort.

Reed has experimented on Franklin. he also routinely keeps people in statis tubes, created a clone of Thor, was instrumental in the creation of prison 42, and convened with the council of reeds (one was a literal nazi).

Reed said no to the council of Reeds because he loved too much his family and kids to live without them

Krakoa is referred to as a "sacred land".
Can we please admit the religous overtones yet?

And on savage avengers preview kid cable says that humans aren't welcome on Krakoa to Doctor Strange

Love the design of this.
While the book is about Franklin, it seems like Sue and Kitty will be taking lead in the book. Which is interesting.
Also, I wouldn't worry about the X-Men looking bad for the sake of the FF. Both properties have their film rights back and Marvel is positioning them for big things because of it. It's counter-productive to portray either poorly.

A disguised mother-in-law daughter-in-law dynamic perhaps?

Maybe something similar. It makes sense for the biggest pulls from either side being Sue and Kitty.

I know the X-Men are a shareable brand and Hickman can’t look over everything, but it seems really shitty that there’s no mention of X-Office interference. I’m sure they were at least made aware but I can only see this ending in the Fantastic Four being “the heroes.” Especially with how much Brevoort loves them.

Hm. I thought the discussion was about fiery planet destroying birds, not out-of-universe blips in comic recaps.

Out of universe? This is an in-continuity story.

There absolutely a spirituality regarding the connection that mutants have with Krakoa. I mean, they’re literally able to resurrect themselves now. But is respect really on the same grounds as worship?

Which describes how the characters feel about their home. Don't be a Trump lawyer.
