This is fantastic.
My wallet. Oh yea, I have a wallet.
There's like nothing on Main Street now.
I could sit right on that bench and be fine. Right where the comic shop was. There it is.
Like a Krakonian Flower bloomed, a beautiful Portal in...through that screen...but my wallet...and, this ain't no vending machine.
Cashing in (a good way) but still it's such an X'pensive dawn what's midday gonna cost? This is kinda a lot of market pressure to go Unlimited isn't it? What's this? My inky-right hand!? I got to get a tablet. Actual cash is dirty anyway.
Yah just like a lot of people have pointed out I do hope we see Rachel play some part in this story, if not it def would be a missed opportunity
its amazing isn't it, who would've thought we'd have this much Emma content back to back. Us Emma fans are being fed good!
yes this looks like a great time to be an Emma fan congrats to you all!!!
I actually kind of hope this isn't even a conflict between the X-Men and Fantastic Four at all. I was thinking what if Orchis attacks the Fantastic Four in an attempt to kill Franklin. If they know more about possible outcomes and the advancement toward post-humanity, then it's possible that they will see Franklin and the Fantastic Four as existential threats to their goals and since they aren't safely on a well defended island, but actually in New York City, they may actually be easier targets to take out and kill.
I know in Rachel's 811 world the human/machine ascendancy killed the Fantastic Four and the Avengers because they were in the way of their overall plans.
I wish Marvel would stop giving X-Men related work to Dodson, Land, Larocca and Bachalo. Let's have some new blood.
Jean, Storm and Emma are all getting focus in Dawn Of X. Not sure what the problem is.
Jean, Storm and Emma are all getting focus in Dawn Of X. Not sure what the problem is.
I don't know either. I am looking forward to several years of Jean, Storm, and Emma doing missions together and working side by side as colleagues and allies, and perhaps even going for the occasional coffee once in a while where Storm is forced to listen to Jean and Emma making sarcastic comments at each other.
I don't find nothing sexist on Bunn and Rosenberg portrayals
Maybe one day x-men books will have Jean and ororo fans on the command, but this isn't the day.
Funy thing that Jean received some atention on Red and people went nuts.
So don't be mad at us for not liking this, ok?
who went nuts when Jean received attention for red?
who went nuts when Jean received attention for red?
Jean fans i guess? Although Jean is one of my favourites and i struggled to get through Red.
Would it have killed the Dodsons to upgrade both Kate and Storm to their current looks?
Would it have killed the Dodsons to upgrade both Kate and Storm to their current looks?
Yeah. Sue, Franklin and Charles are current day but Storm and Kitty are in stuck in pre-AvX.
Ehhh not exactly thrilled abt the XMen sharing their top selling status with a lesser franchise. And the Dodsons are whatever. But I heard good things abt Zdarsky so I guess we'll see. Hoping he remembers Hope friendship with Franklin.
When the heck did Hope meet Franklin?
When the heck did Hope meet Franklin?
out of panel.... she's been teaching him new stuff about mutant biology
Uncanny XMen: Heroic Age.

I'm gonna choose to ignore that.
Can we get Tom Muller to do a full new logo for the Fantastic Four
In the X-MEN vs FF of the 1980s, Magneto took Kitty to Reed Richards because she was stuck in phased form and couldn't become solid. If this is like a successor to that limited-series, maybe this has something to do with Kitty (excuse me, Kate) not being able to access the portals of Krakoa. Kitty said, "top men" are working on her problem. (No women, of course, because the top female mind was the original Moira who is now Moira-10, the psychotic immortal mass-murderer living in a "No Place" who isn't really the most brilliant woman in the Marvel Universe just a mutant chick who accidentally accumulated knowledge.) Anyway, maybe Magneto takes Kitty to Reed Richards again to see if he can sort out the portal problem. Love the concept, loved the original limited-series. but I'm terrified that something egregious is going to happen to Kate Pryde(man), the Jewish girl from Chicago.
And of course it could have something to do with recruiting Franklin, as others have said. Which is kind of Kitty's and Emma's hidden-agenda, "rescuing" stranded mutants. Only what if Franklin doesn't want to be "rescued"?

Uncanny X-Men The Heroic Age.
out of panel.... she's been teaching him new stuff about mutant biology
Considering their first meeting involved Hope being strapped to a machine completely naked as Franklin kept her company, I don't think that's outside the realm of possibility.
Also, in Hickman's S.H.I.E.L.D. Hope and Franklin are partners, ambiguous whether it's a working relationship or actual relationship, while Valeria becomes the next Dr. Doom.
Can we get Tom Muller to do a full new logo for the Fantastic Four
And risk having them remove the world's greatest tag again? NEVER!
When the heck did Hope meet Franklin?
Almost right after Second Coming, during Fraction's run. The X-men took Hope to the Baxter building to get a medical check up, and she had a conversation with Franklin about family and expectations
when exactly did Franklin get black hair?
who went nuts when Jean received attention for red?
plenty of people on here that didnt quite understand that Red was marketed as a Jean focused title
when exactly did Franklin get black hair?
He dyed it during Slott's run.
who went nuts when Jean received attention for red?
No naming names. they know who they are
They understood very well, they just didn't wanted it to focus on Jean
The question now is :
If Franklin come to Krakoa, who should be his love interest ? Lot of the New X Men are free atm
Now it's about time for the Fantastic Four to get more involved in these hero vs hero battles of recent years. Plus it would be interesting to see Valaria's reaction to it all and why she wasn't invited too.
It also begs the question of what would Reed truly thinks of the Mutant plight given his own children and how he views Franklin's abilities.
He dyed it during Slott's run.
I know that but when exactly. Slott's run has been going on for over a year at this point
I know that but when exactly. Slott's run has been going on for over a year at this point
I think it was in the same issue Ben gets married. Or the issue just before that.
I know that but when exactly. Slott's run has been going on for over a year at this point
Right after the first two arcs.
Franklin's emo BS is probably gonna be on blast these 4 issues oy! Picture It
"I use to be a god of 1000's of universes I can make my own decisions!"

Issue number?
I think it was in the same issue Ben gets married. Or the issue just before that.
Thanks. I'll try to look up when the wedding was
edit wrong thread
Yes, she is Kitty. I don't know very well what relationship she has with Franklin, Ororo I can understand because she was part of the 4F ...
Kitty and Franklin had a really nice dynamic in the original FF/X-Men series back in the 80's when Kitty was stuck as a ghost and contemplating suicide. Cool that someone at Marvel remembers that.
Issue number?
Thanks. I'll try to look up when the wedding was
Issue 5. The only issue of the run that matters tbh.
Does anyone also remember 2005's X4 by Akira Yoshida?

All according to keikaku.
I just hope Sue Richards and Reed Understand that the X-Men are NOT trying to take him away. Shoot if the public find out FR is a mutant?? Oh hell break loose. The FF will finally see what mutants go through.
I hope this is written well so the X-Men don’t come off as jerks trying to take away people’s children.

An outcome I want from X-Men/Fantastic Four is that Franklin is exposed to the world as a mutant. So that villains like Purifiers, Sentinels, or Sinister start coming after them. It would be different from their usual enemies and interesting to see how they deal with them.
Only downside is that Sue might become a murderer, but that's about it.

That’s exactly what I’m looking forward too. I want the FF to see first hand that no mutant escapes Prosecution even if you are the Worlds First Sueprhero Family their Son shall receive the same treatment as any other mutant. I’d like to see them react to that.

Each of them would have different reaction which would be interesting.
Also, an attack might even be the incident that sets this book into motion. One of the mutants racists enemies targets Franklin, someone gets hurt and Franklin would consider leaving. The FF aren't new to danger and villains, but Franklin would blame himself because he's the reason for it.
