I was planning on re-watching this clip today so I'm glad that you posted it. This was my first major introduction to Storm and it made me a fan of her instantly.
In regards to her punk look- it's not my favorite for her but I've grown to appreciate it more over time. That was a very character defining era for Storm and it really added some depth to her.

you're welcome love. I absolutely adore tas storm lol.
I agree with you about the era. i hated the look but in terms of her growth and development I very much appreciated it. dealing with her powers not working properly, the earth rejecting her and her internal struggles with her decision to join the xmen all were contributing factors to her drastic external transformation.

Was just about to post this. A nice high level retelling of Storm. Also, didn’t he co-write the X-Men ‘92 series (still pending for me to read)?

Enjoyable read. Thanks for sharing!
Marvel stay pushing back their comic book releases. Now, BP #23's updated release date is May 13. Smh. Come on. We all know comic bookstores will not be open in two weeks. Just sell the comics online already.
This is a PERFECT TIME for Digital Releases.
I mean.....at this point anyone could forget what is going on in ANY Marvel Book.

That would help in killing comic book stores faster, which the industry still heavily relies on

Comic Book stores are slowly dying anyway so....

How though?
How do you forget what you read a month ago, six months ago? Don't you guys re-read your books?
*serious questions*

It's real easy to forget what you did a Month ago or 6 Months Ago. Sometimes I re-read books and some I don't.
In this case before Carona came I didn't need to Re-Read because the information of what happened before was still fresh in my mind.
What I do remember is that Marauders Issue #10 was supposed to BEEN out and MCU Black Widow was supposed to come out Today.
Oh. Okies. Thanks for the insight.

Or they could follow an example already being modeled:
"ComicHub announced its own plan to deal with the stoppage, selling comics directly to customers. Readers can sign up and link their accounts to a physical store. When they purchase a comic, they'll get a digital copy instantly, but will also pick up the physical book at their local shop when it reopens. This will help to keep the stores afloat for now."
If they REALLY want to keeps stores around, this solution works.

Exactly and this will make it that much worse

Pretty much every store would have to do this and I dont think the infrastructure exists to make such a drastic change this fast. Like I dont see the point in Marvel releasing comics if only a few stores are able to implement this
Exactly and this will make it that much worse

It’s already worse.
It’s already worse.
No, worse will be all comic stores shut down permanently. We arent there yet
No, worse will be all comic stores shut down permanently. We arent there yet
But, right now, they aren't making any money unless they have an online presence, mailing list and are mailing comics to readers. This is where we are right now. In the US, media mail is inexpensive. I've mailed my books to giveaway winners this way, and it costs me less than four dollars, and that's with me mailing a two or three hundred page novel. The situation isn't ideal, but we have to become more creative in how we do business nowadays.
Just read ULTIMATE MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE WIKIA
Description for Storm.
I'm not sure how I feel about this Quote unquote MCU Storm
No, worse will be all comic stores shut down permanently. We arent there yet
Comic Stores are already on that path anyway. Comic Stores aren’t making money. Going digital is a great way to test the waters. So yes it’s already worse.

I agree. Marvel was skeptical to go Digital. Well NOW is pretty damn good time to try it and see how it works.
Thread on page two so will share here as well. how this ended up.

This is awesome. I wouldn't normally pick Naomi for Storm but this is definitely convincing.
