Hey guys, what are yours expectations for Storm in King In Black?
since Donny Cates said the X-Men would play an important role as one of the first lines of defense on earth when Knull's army arrived.
I think Storm will be venomized and become a Knull's servant.
Not sure. Would love for her to have decent role in KiB.
And a good showing for the royal couple

I'M really hoping MCU/Disney remember that Storm is an actual princess. It as if they like to scale over that bit.
Also
Storm MCU Wiki is like whoa.

If anyone is interested a future version of Storm was in Avengers #38 riding a space shark. Yes, a space shark.
This is probably the biggest role she's played in an X-event in some time. So far things are looking good for her.
I'm wondering is this strictly a sword fight or will powers be allowed as well.
IDK why people are trying to rush Storm's progress. It's been said many times that they're preparing her for a huge rollout next year
-
I think powers will be allowed/needed for this battle. The CQC skill level of the Arrakii is unknown (let alone some will have clear significant physical stat edges like Pogg) so I am thinking Krakoan’s will most definitely need their powers. I just hope it is done in a way that doesn’t undermined or PIS/WIS/CIS the battlefor anyone of the swordbearers, win or lose for Storm or the other X-Men.

Powers will have to play a role but I still think you would have to win using the sword. If using powers can cause the submission or death of an opponent, then Storm would have a strong advantage. Now I'm wondering what would constitute a win. Obviously the Arakkoans will want to kill their opponents but can the Krakoans win thru submission or will they have to kill for the victory to count?

Alright. I mean okay...I can see where they got that. Like the Acanti, the Space Sharks are also space faring creatures used by the Brood to travel the universe.

Do you have any scans?

Sorry no scans. It was towards the end of the issue and the image was from behind. You saw a glimpse of some future Avengers and among them was a Black female with a tall white mohawk wearing a black leather vest and leather pants.

I’m honestly shocked Disney hasn’t tried adding Shuri to the Princess lineup since she would be the first African princess that everyone has been begging Disney to make. And since she’s a pre existing character they could get around the whole royalties thing that prevented Giselle from enchanted from getting added.
