Would any of you like if John Stewart get together with Madame Xanadu? I felt some tension between them in the last JL issues...

they have no chemistry or even implied chemistry, I wouldn't mind John having a fling with just about anyone but Xanadu as serious pairing would be really random....and kinda dumb (no offense)
So most of us know about John's sister Lynn Stewart. Turns out, in an alternate continuity, he had a brother too: Scott Stewart.

Would love to see more Vietnam-era stories.

I would admit that I felt a little tension, but that was probably because we really haven't seen John interact much with female characters.
I'm glad you brought this up, because she mentioned about John's power ring. She talked about his ring, but technically, John no longer has a power ring. I actually thought John was going to correct her or something.
With that said, I do like Robert Venditti making John a competent character. He's proven to be a good leader on this issue.

He actually had that brother and maybe another sister and father in the old universe. In Kyle's run I think that other sister was mentioned as being killed in an accident caused by John.

Yea, I remembered John briefly mentioning about his brother being gay during the Kyle Rayner era. And him causing his sister to get killed in an accident was the reason why he was in the wheelchair. Honestly, I couldn't stand that tragic storyline.
Never knew this. Man this is why he needs a solo run. We know nothing about John besides his occupations.
Which are the best John Stewart comics? In-and-out cannon continuity (I never knew about a Stewart´s brother, only knew about Lynn)

I think it's from the Green Lantern/Huckleberry Hound special.

He had a brother and a mom show up at his wedding to Katma.
I'd say you'll find the best John Stewart comics in the 2nd and 3rd volumes of the Green Lantern: Sector 2814 trade paperbacks.
