That was heartbreaking. Wish there was some way to help these ladies out. Especially the first one. She's older, still working, only to have her business destroyed like that.
My knowledge of the Punisher is limited, going of mostly the Netflix shows. What is his motivation? Is it unreasonable for him to go after racist cops? Or is it time for an anti-Punisher character who takes down Frank Castle?
Well, the thing to remember is that in his earlier appearances he was portrayed as the antagonist in contrast to the more "wholesome" characters such as Spidey, DD or Cap. He wasn't the hero. Bill Mantlo even did a story that suggested Frank was mentally ill. However, since the mid-80's Marvel moved him into a more anti-hero role. Around then, they decided that he wouldn't fight the police ( even to the point of him getting captured a couple of times). I don't know if that's still part of his gimmick, but it's not hard to see how he would attract a number of conservative fans despite him being a killer...he's a manly man, ex-military, hard on crime, respects the police...

With the current day in mind, I want to see a t-shirt design showing a bunch of US soldiers spilling out of a Higgins Boat and the caption "Antifa '44".

If Trump is Anti-Antifa, is it fair to say that he is Pro-Fascism? Either that, or he is completely ignorant of what either means.

Both of those can be true at the same time. And probably are.

The thing about this though is this was posted by Ben Shapiro's The Daily Wire who has no problem misrepresenting topics or other people's view points. Notice how they used clips where the people equated the looters with BLM.

I believe that was the point of why it was posted. And why I didn't respond.

Apparently the DC protesters have mass printed signs that read "Bunker Bitch."
The tweetstorm might hit category 6 tonight.

And it's obviously not fair to equate the looters to BLM in a general sense. But given what's happened to these people, in their shoes that's somewhat understandable. Just like its understandable people who are victimized by corrupt police might view ALL police that way. It's not entirely fair, but if you've just been victimized that's gonna effect your perspective.

Vote for Trump? These Republican Leaders Aren’t on the Bandwagon.
But, far sooner than they expected, growing numbers of prominent Republicans are debating how far to go in revealing that they won’t back his re-election — or might even vote for Joseph R. Biden Jr., the presumptive Democratic nominee. They’re feeling a fresh urgency because of Mr. Trump’s incendiary response to the protests of police brutality, atop his mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic, according to people who spoke on the condition of anonymity to disclose private discussions.
Former President George W. Bush won’t support the re-election of Mr. Trump, and Jeb Bush isn’t sure how he’ll vote, say people familiar with their thinking. Senator Mitt Romney of Utah won’t back Mr. Trump and is deliberating whether to again write in his wife, Ann, or cast another ballot this November. And Cindy McCain, the widow of Senator John McCain, is almost certain to support Mr. Biden but is unsure how public to be about it because one of her sons is eying a run for office.

Former Republican leaders like the former Speakers Paul D. Ryan and John A. Boehner won’t say how they will vote, and some Republicans who are already disinclined to support Mr. Trump are weighing whether to go beyond backing a third-party contender to openly endorse Mr. Biden. Retired military leaders, who have guarded their private political views, are increasingly voicing their unease about the president’s leadership but are unsure whether to embrace his opponent.
Mr. Biden himself, while eager to win support across party lines, intends to roll out his “Republicans for Biden” coalition later in the campaign, after fully consolidating his own party, according to Democrats familiar with the campaign’s planning.
That is a good start. Chockeholds and neck restraints should be completely banned in your country, especially when the victim is wearing handcuffs!!!
