The card lists her as Barbara Ann, sadly. The Debbi erasure is sad indeed.
Oh, ok. That certainly looks like Deborah to me. Not that I don't like Barbara Ann, but I have always seen the three female Cheetahs as each having a very specific (and classic if u will) look: Priscilla with the Cheetah costume that covers her from head to toe and shows no hair, Debbi with a similar Cheetah costume, but no head coverage and showing her luscious red locks and cheetah ears, and Barbara just rocking the were-Cheetah look that Perez introduced.
In Harley Quinn: Black+White+Redder #2 a few weeks back there was a Super-Pets story that included Jumpa:

NICE! Jumpa should've been in that Superpets movie.
Should the WonderDome make a comeback?

I say sure.
Maps of the island nowadays tend to show us it is surrounded by Reform Island, the Island of healing, and Forbidden Island.
That second Nubia mini showed us the floating island now floats in the sky and is mobile.
We got that embassy thats a small island which travels the sea with an entorouge of megaladons.
So bring back Wonder Dome and use it to play with the more sci-fi aspects.
Just...Populate it. Instead of leaving it mostly empty.
I don't remember seeing this fan art for a WW animated show here.
I dig it

Yup, definitely an homage to MUSCLE and (my fave childhood toy line) Monster in My Pocket.
There was also the girls version called C.U.T.I.E. that us little gay boys had.

So is Roman gods and Greek gods in Wonder Woman the same. I ask since un Mary marvel they give Athena's name her Roman name.

Because it's not the first not they use the Roman names
some fiction writers treat them as synonyms, even if in theory they aren't... Some writers also conflate them with other pantheons too though, so... yeah....

Its something thats been going back and forth in Wonder Womans mythos for ages.
In Marstons run they were the same gods.
In Perez's run they were different gods.
Heck, Cloonans run established the Roman gods are all dead and yet -sweeps a hand at the image above-

It looked like in early New 52 DC tried to establish that Greek gods are real on main Earth, while Roman gods are real on Earth-2.

That animal Legion of Doom is so random. An octopus for Riddler? A koala for Ares? What am I missing here? Weren't vultures the animals associated with Ares?
On the other hand, I now want an animal Villainy Inc. analogue! :)

What animals do you think they'd be?
Cheetah and Giganta already have pets (Chauncy the cheetah and Patches the giraffe), but if we're going classic Villainy Inc., I'd also add:

Doctor Poison - Mosquito [I think of injections when I think of Dr. P]
Queen Clea - Lamprey [her headdress is serpentine like a lamprey and they're badass creatures]
Blue Snowman - Seal [snowy creature that is kind of a WTF animal that I think Byrna would like]
Zara - Fire Salamander [this one's tough so I tried to pick a fiery-themed animal for her fiery rage/powers]
Hypnota - Cobra [cobras are known for hypnosis in pop culture, plus she straight up looks like a snake chamer]
Eviless - Scorpion [her most defining trait is her love of whips, kind of like a scorpion's tail]
Ha! Your list is perfection!!!! Nothing else can be said!! I can totally see MAX's Harley Quinn LIVING for that menagerie of menace you have come up with.
I'd do moray instead of lamprey, but sure.
Trial of the Amazons collected softcover edition has been canceled. Only hardcover will remain
Trial of the Amazons collected softcover edition has been canceled. Only hardcover will remain
I'm guessing sales didn't warrant another printing.
My pitch for a Wonder Woman story:
When visiting her mom in Brooklyn, Agent Diana Prince is attacked by a guy in Hoplite armor, which is how she discovers she has super strength. Then a minotaur named Ferdinand shows up, claiming that the two of them are Amazons mind-wiped to hide from Ares and they have to find all the other hidden Amazons. It's going to be a weird week.
It is still truly insane that it took almost an entire year for Allen Heinbergs 5-issue run on WW to conclude. Did no one at DC ensure he would have time to do it?
It is nice to know that the new creative team is dedicated for the long run.
Another reason I've never really had any love for that era outside of Simone, torched what could have been a stellar Rucka run for a book that couldn't even meet the schedule of a miniseries.
And it was already a pretty subpar Hush riff to begin with.
I still liked the story myself...especially with the Dodson art/redesigns.

Given the constant recurring pattern at DC during that era, I can bet there were constant disagreements over the direction of the title, micromanaging and last minute changes behind the scenes. And at some point, someone decided they are not going to put up with this shit anymore.
Has everyone seen the "Amazons" tv movie from 1984? Call me crazy, but I think its premise is the impetus for Amazons Attack and by extension King's current storyline.

Saw the IMDB page for Amazons (a film which I had, surprisingly, never heard of) and found out that Paul Michael Glaser (Starsky of Starsky & Hutch) helmed it, and Stella Stevens (Marcia in the Wonder Woman TV show) was in it! Also, the IMDB official description opens with "A secret cult of beautiful, large-breasted female warriors..." :D

So in an alternate universe Big Barda is defined by simping for Batman. :p
Nice to see the Marston estate still had that much control at that time.

I don't think even the DCAU team would be as sacrilegious to Jack Kirby as trying to hook Barda up with anyone not named Scott Free.
This was back when WW's animated appearances were pretty strict. I think it prevented her from being in S:TAS, the first season of Brave and the Bold (outside a cameo), and Donna from appearing in Teen Titans and Young Justice.
