Picking up everything but X-Men (Booth? pass), Cable, and the Wolverine anthology.
Poor Storm, lol. The X-Office will never ever write her as anything but that dudebro/shebro who will never shut the hell up about that winning streak she had back in high school/college.
The irony of this comment.
Excited to see some Siryn focus. Very intrigued as to what's happening with her, but I suspect its her connection to the Morrigan.
Exactly, what I was thinking and hoping for.
I think they simply considered Siryn dead and resurrected her. Becoming the Morrigan was sort of like being dead to Krakoans as no way can the Morrigan live on Krakoa.
Maybe this issue in X-Factor will address that.
Why not? The Morrigan is a death Goddess sure, but Storm is a Goddess and also a mutant and lives very comfortably on Krakoa without any issues. And it's not like Krakoa doesn't home a variety or brings, humans, mutants, Warlock.
So a year and no vault team update.. also why booth?
I think the purpose was to put the team in limbo. Could Booth have pictures of someone with a donkey?
I believe it's Tchalla.
Be afraid Namor. Be VERY afraid!
Too bad Siryn won’t join X-Factor and is a guest star.
I think the purpose was to put the team in limbo. Could Booth have pictures of someone with a donkey?

I'm leaning more and more towards laura coming back evil and being killed by logan because "he killed his kid look on sad he is". I have little faith they'll be treated right
The irony of this comment.
Ah, yes, of course. So you're telling me that if I bothered to check the Storm thread, I *wouldn't* find a discussion lamenting yet another reenactment of the Callisto fight and how the Goddess totally needs something/someone new to beat up?
Anyway. Since folks brought up art and bizarre proportions, I can't believe no one's commented on Psylocke's insane arms on that Excalibur cover. The arms' outlines would suggest shoulders the size of... I dunno, Warpath?
Personally...I find Booth's style very boring, static/posed, his storytelling weak and his characters' thighs disproportionately huge...but that's just me.
I'm getting:
SWORD 02
Hellions 08
X-Men 17
New Mutants 15
Excalibur 17
Marauders 17
*dropping X-Force at the end of XoS

I wasn't aware of the controversy surrounding Booth as a person.
I just really don't care for his art at all. Weird faces and proportions, plus 90s aesthetics and overall very basic character work and compositions.
Not someone I'd like to see drawing the flagship book. Now I know about his views, I'm even less happy with the decision to hire him.
I'm not impressed by his art, or his views.
Well with gorgon counting as 2 Brian should be safe.
Also since the problem is a range causing innecuracys with ressurection shouldn't have telipaths at midway pints remedy that problem
Too bad, as Gorgon's starting to grow on me.
For sure:
X-Men #17
Hellions #8
S.W.O.R.D. #2
Juggernaut #5 (although this doesn't have anything to do with X)
Possibly... might drop though:
X-Force #16
Excalibur #17
Ah, yes, of course. So you're telling me that if I bothered to check the Storm thread, I *wouldn't* find a discussion lamenting yet another reenactment of the Callisto fight and how the Goddess totally needs something/someone new to beat up?
You act like not every single one of these 'appreciation' threads are not bat---- insane? LMAO pleeeeeeeeease
You act like not every single one of these 'appreciation' threads are not bat---- insane? LMAO pleeeeeeeeease
The Appreciation threads are a cancer that consume everything. They were when they first started here and still remain today.
Appreciation threads protects fans of characters from their haters.
It’s weird cause I should be uber excited with this excalibur cover but I’m not, because of tini howard. :(
i wish I could get into her stories, but she makes me less and less interested in my favorite character betsy

Will download all, giving CotA an arc, probably skip Cates portion of Wolverine
Appreciation threads protects fans of characters from their haters.
Oh for sure! I like getting to have my Monet haven, even if we are also NUTS. I just find it ludicrous to create a hierarchy amongst the character stans.
Fantastic, thanks for posting.
Happy to see COTA coming online, Nanny getting some shine (as she should), Siryn too.
I love how Hickman writes the Shi'ar so yay. Queen Betsy and a dark side of Krakoa. January intensifies.

I just love her. Looking forward to her hanging with Jean and Scott under Hickman's pen.
