A basic hurricane has more power than 10,000 nuclear warheads combined. The day I see a telekinetic block the full power of dedonating 10000 warheads at once, then I will believe they have a chance to survive storm..... Otherwise Nope.

We've seen black holes on the planet barely doing street level damage and cosmic beings going toe to toe and getting ko'ed/killed while the street is barely hurt.Real life scaling is very unreliable. Not to say you're right or not, but the reasoning doesn't work within comics IMO.

Yeah, I usually don't do reaction-type vids mainly because there are usually a few miscomprehensions and this one is no different.
She didn't take an atmospheric envelope to/from Earth...it was SS:Two, the Keep.
The Knife she had was the one Ludos Logos threw at her which she caught and kept, when she fist arrived at the GR meeting.
Her fight with "herself" was an actual fight/challenge that took place early on in her role as Regent and GR member.
When Storm says "No. He wouldn't have. Would he?" (wouldn't italicised) it's a rhetorical question. Because in the next panel she herself states exactly why he wouldn't do something like that. Not that it would be insulting to her (Tarn is not above being insulting to anyone as we saw earlier) but to him as an Arakki. Khora's look is one of confirmation as in..."you already know the answer, Storm."
I do agree that when he refers to her as "...of Amenth" He is ultimately respecting and recognising her strength because he himself is Amenthi.

lol, even though it's all comical, I saw a person on Twitter say that the writers were very disrespectful to Ororo at the beginning of the Hickman Era, leaving her in the supporting role (of course, before Regente de Sol came along), that she was one of the several characters who were "lost", what do you think of that?

Oh yes, there were small moments when Storm powers surpassed telekinetic powers
When Ororo broke the fundamental rules of nature by causing a wild storm in the desert, its winds were so strong that Jean cited it was nearly impossible to maintain its telekinesis.

The shield erected by Jean, barely withstands a storm from Ororo.
I don't remember what issue it is.

There was also the Storm against Candra, which even with her shields up she couldn't resist Storm's attacks for long.

Worse than I saw a person speak, the expression and body posture indicate that Ororo was uncomfortable with Sina's arrival, and the clenched fist indicated that she didn't take it well. But although I have no experience with this body reading...
-
Also don’t forgot that scene from Uncanny X-men where they happen upon a newly resurrected Psylocke/Betsy with Bishop, which causes Betsy to lash out against them with her newly enhanced TK powers, so much so that it was too strong for Rachel who couldn’t even counteract it. Storm was the only one who could break through her telekinetic maelstrom and convince Betsy to stand down.

Have Storm and Nature Girl spent any time together? I believe based off NG's power she and Storm would have a very good mother/daughter type relationship.

I love how even with pheonix echo Rachel couldn't match psylocke's tk but storm easily broke through and shut that shit down hard! Remember this version of Rachel had enough tk power to singlehandedly start a singularity before needing storm and Bishop to boost her. Storm boosting her whilst Bishop filters the power.

Honestly, I didn't even know she was the plot point in a story. I was just trying to find mutant characters who had the ability to control the weather and she came up. The thing is though, is that the issue where they say she's controlling the weather I saw nothing.

Did Rachel actually have the echo then? I thought she didn't get any Phoenix juice until she absorbed the echo from the blade and became the blue phoenix.

I wanted Storm to have the same moments that Jean, Emma has as teachers, I really wanted to see her teach young elemental mutants how to manipulate their powers. Marvel missed Storm's opportunity to teach Oya

So Lin is basically been upset rightfully so by the way man is killing the planet and she is on a killing spree and the person that has come to calm her is wolverine ... And it is such a kick in the teeth as there are better mutants who can deal with this and what she is going through maybe not storm but many many more. But as usual wolverine is where he isn't supposed to be.

She does have the echo as it was glowing as she was trying to stop Betsy to no avail. It's with this same power that she used to generate the black hole and caused storm to create a primordial global super storm.

There is speculation that Iceman will leave the Marauders and join SWORD, what do you think? I don't really like the idea of having an elemental in the same comics as Storm, as this usually happens and they end up not exploiting one of their powers (in this case, negative temperature manipulation) to leave another character, thus not making anyone do anything.

I might pass the hell out. Iceman, Storm, and Cable written by ewing with arrako mutants. This feels like a 90s dream team come true. I am just hoping Ewing finds a way to tie his royals story into arrako with flint becoming a progentor etc.

Or rather than can do more with their combination. I don't see one as having to take away from another that is all on the writer not the characters. If i could i would add crystal to the team personally. As far as similarities Aero has wind powers in the marvels but i don't feel that takes away from storm i actually look forward to seeing how someone who specializes in wind are developing their powers or how human torch is on the team as well and am looking forward to potential combos with storm and what they can teach each other. may not actually happen but i've already thought of like a hundred positive ways it could and tha'ts why i read these stories.
Uh, Storm ceasing to use its cold and ice related powers, to letting the Iceman use it... Ugh, I don't know.
Well I mean the way Storm's powers work there's a plethora of other ways a good writer can express her powers. And Iceman IS an Omega when it comes negative temperature manipulation. What I'm saying is there's room for both character's to exist in the team heck this era has all been about Mutant Circuit's and Storm and Iceman kinda did that in Marauders.

Unfortunately that's not what happens in the comics, and honestly I can't see what the two can do together when they can do it alone, several times I've seen the writers restricting the Storm's powers, for another mutant or character to perform, I don't like it very much, I think frustrating.
Even in the Coates run, he gave the excuse that Storm was exhausted and needed Monica to bring down a ship, which the two of them could do on their own, although I understand it was about collective work and such, but it's still frustrating lol

Marauders.. Storm was a joke, the strength and impotence she is, I find it very disrespectful to the way Duggan treated her in this title. I really enjoy seeing Storm perform cold-related powers, I would love to see her go down to absolute zero, and even though Bobby is omega in this power class, I can see the two of them having the same level (in negative temperature handling, not them secient lives and Bobby's semi-immortality), and of course some disagree, not least because his powers over the cold were too little applied, so the Iceman used more.
Although Al Ewing is being better than Duggan writing the Storm, so anyway, I trust him, but it's likely that Storm doesn't accomplish much using cold and ice, thanks to Bobby, even though it makes up for the other abilities she has.

I feel like the exact opposite. lol. Like i feel Duggan kept Storm safe during the whole HOX/POx, i mean hickman writes one hell of a storm but i just don't see her on his big map of things and i think Duggan kept her safe and that was elevated by vita, and eventually Ewing came in to cement it. granted that is a lot of head canon but having read pretty much every issue of everything since this run started i could sort of feel the shifts in stories imo and even Percy picked up on Duggan's take of Storm and wrote the hell out of her. So i get how people may thing duggan treated Storm with disrespect but in fact imo he is the saving grace this character needed and he made sure to set her up and i think others on the team wanted it to happen to and supported it.
I don't think anyone has showed that love for Ororo this much outside of Claremont since Greg Pak solo which i really really wish he would get a second shot at if they won't give ewing an official storm solo because she just deserves it. I'm not even saying that as a storm fan but she does.

I feel like they didn't use their full potential in the beginning and middle of Hox/Pox, unfortunately she was one of the few who were only, just by her name in QC, not like Xavier, Magneto, Apocalypse, Emma, who in the comics it showed them using their positions to move the "sticks" in the plot, lol, if you know what I mean.
With the news that Storm had already been chosen to be Regent of Arakko at the beginning of the Hickman Age (of course not so sharply, just the news that she would be one of the standouts in this new Era..) I feel like it's time to decide where the characters would be, for me she was one of the last characters when it came time to put her in some title and then shove her into Marauders, just to not leave her off, Duggan wrote her for writing (her last issue, I liked it, I wanted it to be that way in all her appearances in this title), I know he recognizes that Ororo is an iconic and popular character, but he didn't use her potential, so much so that even Bobby is a joke in this title, I think they were just waiting for the moment of the volcano eruption lolol
