Yeah, I will never link real word racism to what mutants go through. Mainly because it doesn't really make sense in the context of a world with superpowered every people, I know yall advocate for this type of story telling but i feel the old heads from marvels past were trying too hard to be inclusive like every company and corpo nowadays but they have no idea of what really goes down in these streets plus it's deeper than blah blah blah bigots blah blah blah you're just a hater because etc etc. This is just my viewpoint because i know yall will most likely disagree and idk if yall are black or not but personally i nvere cared for the "mutants are an allegory for oppressed people in real life" and if thats the case then Ro being a black woman would be more of a topic in these comix, No way in hell's fireplace can you tell me that a black woman with weather powers is hated because she's a "Mutant" pfft yeah da fuk rite. Like i said these are my views on the matter so whoever reads this just know, I'm just super sayin. People tend to look at racism on the surface which is why i never was a supporter for blm because the movement has tunnel vision on what's really going on out here and even then just because you share the same skin color or phenotype doesn't mean you go through the same ish.

They created Krakoa and...were attacked within days and Orchis came "online".
The medicines were a "peace offering" and a "we're a sovereign nation/people now, recognise us and leave us alone" political bargaining chip.
Planet Arakko is seen by some as the Mutants stepping beyond and above their status.
And...all this has shown, there's just no pleasing some factions and some will continue to hate with their dying breaths.
At least...in next week's X-Men, it seems that not every human is hateful and fearful of mutants who are being heroes. So...that's a positive.

The gala outfit constantly makes me think she has stomach pains because of having dark lightning clouds around her waist.
Both because it feels like the weather is reflecting her current state and because lightning or dark clouds are sometimes used metaphorical to depict a person being in pain or troubled by something in comics.
It's a cute idea, but i feel having a proper set of fabrics attached to it would look better in the long run.

Personally, I would've had her giving the girls "water cycle". Cloud hair, mermaid down made out of water and held together by her will, with the bottom evaporating a little.

and the best part of that is knowing that this game had been in development for over a year and the developers were really willing to use a lot of what Storm offered. X-Office is late. but as not everything is perfect her voice and her skin tone needed more strength.
Alright, lets talk about a real topic for you xmen fans. How long will this krakoa thing last until it's blown up back to the eventual status quo because the one thing i learned about x men stories and x men characters is that a good thing is never a sure thing and with all the stuff happening on the island alone i don't see this nation thing lasting, I predict a civil war type deal which i guess that inferno story is supposed to be.

the highest level is 100 which when you get that her title is omega mutant.
once I make it to 100 I will still use hadari yao though my squad in-game name is Ms hadari yao lol

I think inferno will be the beginning of the end though I hope krakoa and arrako stay around once everything is said and done.

Ok this is how I would love her elemental hairdo to be portrayed, I would love to include a nimbus of sun light (quasi-sun) and some impalpable (there /not there) rainbow effect just like it happens after a spring rain shower

I think a diplomatic change is coming to KRAKOA though, not Arrako.

Agreed. Hickman and company isn't going to waste all this world building on just two to three years worth of Storytelling before sending the X-Men back to some Mansion / school setting.
I mean how long did the Decimation/M-Day fiasco last? We're JUST NOW undoing the damage done by M-Day. So while I don't think Krakoa is going to stay exactly the same I don't think it's going away anytime soon.

I have to say i have never seen Storm look more like a white woman than in Cota 5. If you think she looked like that in that marvel mobile game this issue is truly shocking. Also probably the weakest issue, the escape scene by the doctor makes no sense at all.
And there is one panel where Storm hair is colored but you can still see her ear through the white hair. It's like they took all the budget away from this book.

The story, a lot of it just didn't make sense in this issue. I very much enjoy Vita's work but this issue fell flat. I try to be fair when i'm reading something. Like i gave coates Cap run a chance. Which actually enforced some of my BP feelings.
