There's no such thing as her goddess form. Technically, she was actually born with this power that she finally unlocked that is heavily suppressed as shown in Shuri. Her mutant powers are nothing but a mutation that she could have been born without.

Strange does remark that she has immense potential but hasn't tapped into that simply because she doesn't even need to. Afterall she is omega in her mutation

Yeah, she doesn't need it. Since Coates wrote it as a power that can never be taken away unlike her mutation, the writers had to suppress the power as shown in Shuri. It keeps a balance and actually stops her from becoming to overpowered. Like you know how many people love and adore Storm? That alone is faith transferred into power.

we don't know what her abilities grant her but it seems that she would hsve similar characteristics of the Wakandan gods based on the marvel book released a couple years back:
