I feel like the explanation of this [ATTACH=CONFIG]107187[/ATTACH] shows to me hickman gets Storm power. The part about observing a world even through the galaxy. That is definitely the Storm part, and now we may see an extension of that with the four. It took several telepaths to do this but what is coming up there is only one. That in of itself to me shows the strength of being an omega telepath and makes me wonder what this original hickman circuit would be capable of if Jean was not in space but instead a part of it. I wonder if they could search and observe worlds in dimensions.

thats so funny because when I was looking at the photo today it was the first time I noticed that detail myself.

Bartel's Storm chilling in a bath of honey and petals is the most memorable cover of HiX-Men for me. I don't use the word often, but truly iconic.

I'm sad that she did't release it as a print.

It seems it was confirmed by Kevin Fagie that the X-Men are at work. But nothing else was mentioned except rumours. :) They still don't have their actors.

Ok I have a question for all the Storm fans that watched Wandavision, how do you feel about Ororo headpiece? x-men movies have been a total letdown not only in casting and portrayal but also on the costume aspects of the x-men universe, can we finally expect to get a version of this iconic element when it comes to the future? should marvel gift us with a cinematic version of it?

yea I thought so too. I believe ororo to be grossly underestimated in terms of her abilities and frankly I think a big part of it is the misconception she is only a weather manipulator. the gentleman in the video even expressed how he originally thought Storm defeating was PIS but if you look at some of the things she was able to do during the original uncanny run it shouldn't have been all that surprising.

I like that when people actually do their own research they find her to a lot more formidable than they believed her to be. my only critique would hsve been he went deeper into how her powers actually work because if this was clearly understood all of what she has canonically done shouldn't be a surprise.

these were mostly intended to demonstrate how powerful she is considered even when compared to some of the other most powerful heroes in the MU. though I did not prefer her being mind controlled or immobilized I appreciate the message which the authors wanted to convey to the reader around how truly powerful she is .

You’r right, It’s just that I hate claustrophobia as a way to disable Ororo, if anything it should have the same effect of somone playing with matches inside a fireworks deposit

yes very true. the same thing was actually done in BP by coates to trigger her gift of godhead. whenever she is imprisoned like that I want to see her go ham like she did in roguestorm lol

thats a very good question I don't think it has ever been explored. I would imagine her tribe made it to wear for only the most adored within the culture or it could have been made specially for her due to her being a diety figure. all in all, I would agree it would make for a good story.

I don't know...the art work is excellent and that is a beauty-full rendition of Storm especially with those exquisite eyes but I've never considered it a favourite Storm piece.
I think it's the shape of her face...too square-jawed/chin and deficient in cheek bones.
