It seems Vishanti is phoenix force, celestials, Galactus, and more level so maybe Oshtur dimension being the source of cosmic and psychic does make sense. Oshtur ascended past godhood.

Heh, so Claremont originally gave Jean the Phoenix Force to put her power on the same level as Storm and now decades later Storm has the potential to be her equal under her own power. Full circle moment anyone?

Yep, Dormammu defeated the Vishanti before. He also has the power to fight all the celestials. As stated beings under the tier can become powerful enough to defeat beings in the tiers above. This means Dormammu is above the Vishanti and is more powerful than ever right now with all his amps. This means if the arc plays out and Storm defeats him, she'll be third or fourth tier.

Would be amazing to see Storm attain that level of power. Not permanently of course but just to know what's under the hood so to speak.

This is about leadership and in my opinion, the spot is deserved. I mean I really don't see Jean as a leader type even though she led X-men Red. Storm was by herself thought. Logan has years of experience.

So storm is an ascendant being? If so that would make sense as hadari yao kinda feels like the avatar state where she can access divine power. But from tachala he said storm was a bigger god than adversary and from the pyramid hell lord's and gods are on the same level, so dies that mean hadari yao is greater due to storm having immense will power so much so that she can host eternity itself? Remember even silver surfer who is an avatar of the power cosmic wasn't a viable candidate. Only storm and strange were viable.... They also said oshtur is above godhood and on the same power level as the pheonix galactus and the celestials.
I may be going on the limb here but I think the eternity feat demonstrated storms mystic potential to evolve well past godhood. She was able to chanel mystical energy that was too great for even a hell lord, also remember selene stated that the soul of a mutant is a thousand times greater than that of a human and the sould of a god is millions of times greater than that of a mutant. But eternity is literally well eternity and being able to host such vastness in your spirit with little to no effort may have demonstrated that storm and by association strange have incalculable potential to grow mysticaly.

Well technically yes anyone who stockpiles on magic can because magic is everyone in the universe. The Vishanti ascended past godhead. That is why Storm and Adversary were competing for the worships in Wakanda. The more worship the more magic you have. And yes Storm had to ascended into her godhood or unlock her godhead.
I think there are sub-tiers within the tiers. Because Minor gods exist, along with some watchers don't have feats just speculations, some demon lords are featless but we know to be a demon lord you have to be powerful. Not everyone in the tier is equal in power. They are on the same scope but some could be weaker or stronger than others. Adversary just happens to be a top-tier Demon Lord who ascended into a god with worship.

It's interesting that even though she has accepted her divinity she still has a reluctancy when it comes to worship. I feel this can be an interesting storyline where storm explores the very fundamental depths of what it means to be ascendant and by her will power evolve herself.... Though in truth she does have an entire empire that worships her and an entire sol system that would do so soon.
