I mean I though in Storm's case it fit right before Hox/Pox?
I also think it was, or at the beginning of it all, but now that I think about it, that question was so silly, that I'm ashamed that I asked her that..
When they say storm has power over the very fundamental forces that govern weather y'all think it is just lip service.
Here is Chris Claremont saying it.

Here is storm saying it herself

Y'all think fundamental in the fundamental forces was for dramatics?
She was literally describing her abilities as per what was established by Claremont. Her power goes that deep. Lightning lass is finally dying praise be!
I would love Claremont in an interview, maybe AIPT, where we could see his take on the Storm, its direction, its powers, and maybe we could ask him questions...

Hmm haters would make you do some silly things but at least now they have an answer to choke on.

That's where i would place it. That definitely looks like a krakoan flower in the pot.
Also it would explain why thor sought storm out during curse of the manthing when they stopped the spurs that was setting the sky on fire.
edit: i do wonder how long ago the story was written. i know if we go by info on the page it was at least december 4th with a publication date of the 15th so i have no doubt the x-writers must have seen or knew of this as well so kudos on the coordination.

Exactly and it made sense because he can create a great storm alright but this needed finesse something he isn't known for.
I was upset to see a Storm fan contesting her power, but for you then, what did she do? And if you think creating a little star is too powerful, don't want to see the powers of characters like Silver Surfer, Captain Marvel, Monica (?), Iron Man, Thor, who can go beyond creating suns or resisting the power of a sun...
I won't be saying she created a star until it's confirmed. This is how some fans are made a fool of by saying things that aren't confirmed yet.

But it doesn't make much sense to want something clear from what was specified in the issue, the planet was far from any Sun, Storm said she would give light to the skrulls every day, obviously it had to be a star, or as they are saying, a little sun , even more so as it is critical to weather stability. Did you have another interpretation?
It's at these times that I miss the narration of old comics--

My friend.
We have less than 3 days to the next year and you are still battling people on cannon stuff? Let the nay sayers believe it was a torchlight ... Still doesn't negate what she did.

If it doesn't make sense to you about something I want then that's on you. IDK what Storm made so I try not to assume like everyone else. I just know she provided them energy and light and that's where i'm leaving it until I see something else in further comics explaining Storm running around creating stars or suns.
Spoilers for new timeless issue dropped.Massive tease for Ororo
[Spoil]
In the future MJ and Storm take up the mantles of Spider-man and Black Panther "The Brave honor the sacrifices of those in their hearts"

And what kind of energy and light do you think she gave them? the stars are nothing more than that, light, energy and heat. There is no need for a screenwriter to confirm what is already well specified in the comic book
The way I laughed at this soo hard. Like storm became black panther and so? She is freaking STORM!
Like no shade to tachala and BP fans here but storm becoming black panther feels like a demotion.
But good for MJ though when she is not getting cancer from radioactive spider sperm she is taking spiderman mantles it seems. Just Like 50 other charachters. At least she is finally doing something good for her.

So she's going from Regent Of The Solar System to Black Panther or both I can't even...
