It literally just happened to me and trust me some with power are lurking in our Storm thread looking for any reason even if it doesn't make sense. I tried reaching out to ask why it was done to me and still no response. I never knew they hated Storm this much. I wish there was someone we could contact who has no bias but idk if all the mods stick together or if there are some who actually take into consideration if some are going too far. By the way whatever happened to that Monroe poster who always used to be in these threads. I haven't seen him in a long time

And I just can't help but notice that pages of anti-Storm rhetoric go unnoticed yet the moment a conversation sways in here we get a "Friendly reminder".
I love it here.
Maybe the people who run the site are anti storm? That wouldn't be shocking at all.
-
Storm's thread should be a safe place to discuss her but take it from me if some mod has it out for you and is looking for a reason to ban you its best to not engage with anyone who is purposefully trolling whether in this thread or any other one. I've seen it too many times where the trolls get no sort of consequence while the storm fan gets the boot.

Especially in that Omega Level thread where that Rogue stan was trolling and dragging Storm every chance they got, even calling her names, but all the Storm fans defending Storm got warnings

I don't want to be that person but if you call someone on racist shit and a mod bans you for calling out said person then does that mean the mod is a ........... O_o*\0/*

yea when have users claiming rogue is omega and storm is not a real goddess you know you've entered the twilight zone and its no point in engaging. lol
electromagnetic radiation and solar radiation should be the same thing.... in general I would group photons(all spectral light), charged particles(solar winds), and EM fields( electric fields, magnetic fields)& lightning ALL under EM MANIPULATION with subgroups like electrokinesis, photokinesis, thermokinesis.
Not really Electromagnetic Radiation moves at the speed of light and is much powerful. Solar radiation that comes from the sun is in lesser power and speed.

Please go back to physics class, what you just wrote is totally incorrect, solar radiation IS electromagnetic radiation ……..it is clear you are mixing solar radiation with solar winds, solar winds are a stream of charged particles emitted from the sun’s corona.
What price should be paid though? I question why Storm voted no, though by all means she had every right to as she was one of the many mutants who where depowered and feels for those mutants who also suffered. I’d at least like to hear her reasoning. What price does Storm want Wanda to pay? If mental anguish and death aren’t enough then what is?
Depowered or not all mutants suffered from her actions. I don’t know if you recall the story of Storm & Wolverine in Africa where they found the body of a mutant who was a protector of an African village. Once the mutant was depowered by Wanda he was killed in retaliation. Storm then stayed in Africa, taking out slavers and the like, same as she did before to protect innocents before she joined the X-Men. Her vote is fair and in character because Wanda was not made fairly made accountable for what she did. It wasn’t entirely her fault but it also doesn’t balance the scales either. The P5 became hunted fugitives and enemies of damn near every government on the planet for the destruction they caused. Wanda got to remain an Avenger and defended by them. There is more but that is the basis of my take on the matter. I can’t see readers feeling like she paid a just price for all of the death and struggle she created.

But the solar wind is full of solar radiation, so it's not totally wrong. I wanted to distinguish electromagnetic radiation from solar radiation so that it would be more specific and detailed, for haters to understand better. Don't be so inelegant with others.

What I find inelegant is wanting to correct others on scientific facts by using incorrect information.
Here is a link for you: https://astronomy.stackexchange.com/questions/1197/what-is-the-difference-between-solar-wind-and-solar-radiation
We are talking about different electromagnetic fenomena, solar radiation (x-rays, infrareds, radio waves etc) is electromagnetic radiation (photons) there is no difference , solar wind on the other hand is composed of electrically charged particles (electrons, protons, alpha particles neutrons+protons also called alpha radiation), solar radiation and solar wind travel an behave differently but they both are manifestation of the electro-magnetic fundamental force.

I'm not sure but what I've heard it would require storm to pull out some tricks to pull a win.

No, my angel, it's inelegant you say for someone to go back to their physics class just for lack of information. If you know he got confused, just correct him in a friendly way and explain that there was an error. You don't need to demean others like that because you're not Einstein. it must be awful be you, need to want to put others down to feel better, Regina George Syndrome.

I’d have to research it. Its tje issue where Wolverine asks her to set a line of thunderclaps between her and body, shen then sets them off (bunch of lightning strikes), which triggers a bunch of landmines that Logan could smell beneath them.

I'm really surprised how quickly that thread turned into a circle jerk of Storm hate over ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The amount of gas lighting going on in that thread is wild.
The amount of mental gymnastics they did to try to discredit Storm has my head spinning and all because she told Magneto to calm the hell down.

That is what took me out. for all intents and purpose Xavier is a father figure to Storm. he even gave her away at her wedding and was first dance. It's like so a daughter really shouldn't protect her father?
-
The thing is, it's not that Storm wanted to protect Xavier but rather how she went about doing it. Had that same scene happened and Storm yelled for Magneto to stop or ran to Xavier to get Cerebro off his head, you would have none of it. But because she DARED to call Magneto out and could actually back up her bark is what got people in a tizzy.

Let's be honest if Jean Grey or Cyclops repeated what Storm had said it would be a "badass" moment for both characters but because Storm said it now she's being arrogant and uppity and should remember her place.
