Baby Beyonce is a good singer but she's never been and never will be considered one of the greatest vocalists. Her voice is good but it gives nothing special and she can't emote.

Kitty has never lead a team as long as Storm and definitely not as long as Cyclops.
I don't believe there would be a scenario that makes sense to where Storm would take orders from Kitty.
I didn't say anything about her wanting more of a spotlight so not sure the point of this last statement. She csn have her respect for her without taking orders from him.

I'd like to see Storm in SWORD, I may be wrong but didn't Ewing already say he would be interested in writing Storm? and that cube that was shown at the end of Swords # 1 seemed to be the same as Ororo held in the RoX promo.

for some reason I've been seeing a lot of Ewing writing storm on my Twitter tl. I'm not sure if that is anything confirmed but it would appear a lot of people want to see this happen. with her going to space its possible we will see her in the sword book.

I read a bit about the immortal hulk that he wrote and I liked how it develops the story and I also really liked SWORDS
Can't wait we're being fed well with feats
-Storm has been transformed by Knull
-Storm is going to space which means more cosmic feats
-Storm could possibly show cosmic or hadari powers in the last few issues of BP
-She currently has a powerful cube which could be the magical equivalent of the cosmic cube

the only reason I wouldn't really appreciate it is because she is possessed. one could argue she couldn't do whatever she did possessed under normal scenarios.

she was the heavy hitter when the other xmen on the field had been kind including magneto, nightcrawler, Jean and cyclops, but she was the last of the heroes of be overtaken.

Looking back at his Ultimate Run?! My God Ewing would put Storm on the MAP.
I think that's Pyro controlling his flame, making it bigger and turning unnaturally to attack those dragons. Traditionally the Symbiotes are vulnerable to certain sounds and fire, but these ones are stronger(as you can see his flames only scattered them) and are most vulnerable to lightning/electricity, which is why Storm was the last to go down in that first issue(I would have liked to see her try a global lightning storm before she was overwhelmed but...). It's just hard to take this Venom story seriously. Maybe Storm will get some cute scenes, but it all feels so inconsequential.

a global ignoring storm would hsve been so freaking amazing especially considering the planet was completely covered.

It is crazy that Storm has the potential to be Vulcan, Dazzler, Iceman, Thor, Spectrum, Magneto, Magik, Dr. Strange, and more.
Her powers of the EM and her magic power gives her all this potential
I would love for Marvel to explore her magic side more.

From what I understood from those few panels posted here...she was able to slay and eventually hold the symbiote dragons at bay when their numbers became overwhelming with her electricity and lightning. When Knull himself took notice of her (the "hello my little light"? quote, or something to that effect) then she would have easily been possessed by him.

Me too!!! Or how about using more feats like blinding fog or do like they did in the trailer for the marvel future fight game which makes her almost invisible in the skies. How about toxic feats like Acid rain or something lol
Al Ewing writing Storm would be great. He has definitely become a fav of mine over the past few years and I think he would do Storm justice. I'm not sure how I feel about Storm being in space yet. I hope it's not for an extended period of time.
That's the beauty of the Krakoa Gateways. Storm can be in the furthest reaches of the galaxy and still be one step away from Krakoa and Earth.
As I now think on it...I wonder if her ruby could link with a Krakoa portal to create a personal and instant teleportation field for her.
