They all currently are. Hawkwoman is Hawkman's partner. Hawkgirl, a current member of the JL, is a later incarnation that managed to get split, meaning Kendra and Sheyara can now co-exist. Batwoman and Batgirl is obvious. Babs hasn't switched to Batwoman because Kate is already using the name (they're actually not far apart in age). Superwoman in Rebirth was Lana Lang, but she was depowered. Nobody in Prime Earth is currently using the name, but Earth-3 Donna Troy is. Kara is still Supergirl for now, but there's speculation that Woman of Tomorrow will end with her making the change, thus freeing up the Supergirl name for a legacy character.
The main thing is that since their ages have been upped again to be about where they were before Flashpoint, Beast Boy and Raven are both adults again. It's the same argument that you hear for Jean Grey calling herself Marvel Girl. People believe that if characters are over a certain age (see: if they aren't teenagers) they can't use these codenames anymore.
Their name is their brand. The Backstreet BOYS are in their 40ths/50s. They arent going to change their name to the Backstreet Men. New Kids on the Block are ancient but they are still NKOTB

I’m aware of all of that or I wouldn’t be a DC fan. My point wasn’t how to resolve double names, it was that it’s infantalizing to call them girls.

Most of the creative decisions for the Titans show are weird, especially the plot.
-
Eh, they probably just didn't make the actor dye his hair [spoil]considering he's a posthumous character only seen in flashbacks and dies in his debut episode.[/spoil]

Too many characters and no competent writers.

Too much Gotham for a Titans show.

A Titans show had some much potential. It's absolutely awful how much they managed to screw it up.
-
I don't get why they couldn't just make a Batfamily show.

Rumors say that it was pitched as a Nightwing show.
