Feel like they were close to avoiding the mistake of last year with having a runaway winner but I don't see any way Monet doesn't win this lol.

Voted for Monet/Penance - I think she's been rising in popularity steadily. I know a lot of people want to see other less-used characters on the team. However I think it's time Monet because one of the top female X-characters. She deserves it.

Had to throw my vote behind Penance. Cool character, cool code name and a really cool visual when she turns all red and spiky. All around badass.
However, this begs the question… is the entire X-men team turning over? Or just a handful of characters? Or possibly just adding one more?

uff, that's a difficult decision. I want M on the team but her powers are so similar to Rogue's...
...I voted M.

Today's X-Men Monday makes it sound like it's a whole new team.

I'm voting for Surge. Academy X Represent!!!
-
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah Surge, my second-favorite rude, difficuly but ultimately heroic Academy X kid. Hellion, eu te amo, but I also gotta support my girl.
She's come a long way from last year, when her biggest appearance was when her shoulder appeared in a panel in Armor's short story.

Hell yeah, fight the system. Vote with your heart and soul instead of pithy """logic"""

Already voted Surge, go Academy X!
-
Voted for Firestar. Feel like she would be an excellent addition to a new roster of X-Men. Let’s see her on a mainstream X-team for once.

"Leah Williams: You know who surged forward as a competent and shockingly fearless team leader whenever times were dark? Noriko Ashida, a.k.a. Surge — once a teenage runaway from Tokyo, and always a manic pixie nightmare with Manic Panic™ electric blue hair, Surge knows watts watt on current affairs. Classified Threat Level: High by Nimrod and Threat Level: Hottie by everyone else, Surge singlehandedly kicked Nimrod’s ass back to the past and put herself at risk to save her friends and peers. Out of everyone up for a vote, Surge is wired differently and cares the least about this kind of thing. What she cares about is responsibility, justice, and loyalty, and that’s exactly why you should vote for her. Vote Surge ’22, and sparks will fly."
AWWWWWWWWWWW we really need a New X-Men books right now by Leah Williams, she truly loves them

Voted for Penance. I was doubting because my love for Siryn but…
Today's X-Men Monday makes it sound like it's a whole new team.
oh my. If it's a whole new team i hope it's a secondary team or mutants start setting up tree houses in other places like san fran etc so they have points to protect earth at all over the planet, sort of like iron mans avengers in each state initiative. It could be cool to see this being the way forward for mutants where they not only are helping that local environment/community but outreaching and building meaningful connections.
edit: i also thought about the parameters behind voting completely wrong. lol

Hmmm... Firestar or M. Both are similar power wise to Rogue and Sunfire who I like so they could they could be getting replaced? It feels like they haven't done anything yet!
