Based on the way Hudlin wrote it, I felt BP liked Storm, but didn't care about the rest. The one good shot he got in was in Wild Kingdom and asked Storm where the real Xmen were after meeting the team she brought with her. lol
Well, he knew Storm longer and she made a far better impression when they first met(smart, good looking and fine and everything).
All you've done is prove that T'challa as a character is way more successful with literally a fraction of the appearances and push that Ororo has had. She's had a good 20 years on him with film, comic and cartoon apearances and he still still did better in one issue than she did in her entire publication. He has more hype than her in 8 minutes of screen time than she has over 20 years and multiple movies.

Dude, no such thing. T'Challa has rarely interacted with the X-Men and when they do meet, it's usually not good. Being married to Storm did not make him an honorary X-Man.
I'm not saying he's an honorary X-Men. What I'm saying is that he's aery easy character to transition the Fox properties into the MCU given he's dating Storm and is "brothers" with Reed in the comic. He's potential the most connected character in the mcu.

If you're saying that's potentially the easiest path Marvel could choose to introduce mutants, that's one thing and there are paths just as easy(Infinity War). But he has no strong connections to the X-Men, never had.
Pretty much. Also, he along with Priest didn't play that Noble Negro Syndrome bs that some writers loved to use.
That was truly refreshing.
I agree. Storm has appeared in more media than BP.
Now, if they could only translate all of these appearances into a solo that will last longer than 12 issues.
As we've seen, just because characters have exposure in a media doesn't mean they know how to use them.

If the classification for A list is being in a team book, cartoon, and movie's and not being a lead, then I would say Black widow is more A list then no Storm. Hell I think she has more solos then he asked well. I tried to reply to the post but I couldn't stop laughing
I'm not sure why anyone's responding to what at this point, can only be described as passive/aggressive trolling.
This is the Black Panther Appreciation thread.
There's a seperate BP/Storm appreciation thread in this forum so I can't for the life of me understand why X-men related crap stays dominating this thread?
It's gone beyond tedious at this juncture.
I tend to agree it's annoying. That being said, Storm is certainly part of the Black Panther mythos at this point, so I think some discussion will be inevitable.

I want X-Men in the MCU, but Black Panther has a great opportunity to have his own section in the Marvel Universe, independent from everything else. To me that shouldn't be messed with. T'Challa and Storm was a cool ship, but super heroes have a whole bunch of interesting ships. I don't see why Black Panther couldn't have the same thing, especially with someone in his own Wakandan world.

If we could pin this post on every page that would be great

Not really, there's been more time that they have been apart then together, and Storm was allowed to move on,
bit for some reason m, Tchalla isn't allowed to. He has to stay at the ready in case Ms popularity contest winner of the 90s needs another boost or solo.. MoS had the perfect response:

Considering Storm and T'Challa are together as we speak, I'm not seeing a whole lot of difficulty in justifying discussing Storm in this thread. If she's being used by the writer in the book, it's fair game.
And of course anyone who doesn't want to talk about her is perfectly free to simply choose not to. If Storm discussion is dominating the thread, it's simply because posters aren't bothering to discuss other issues to the same degree.
-
When exactly has JeanGreyWhatever ever posted anything related solely to Black Panther in this thread? Ever?
I'm not even sure if ButterflyKiss has ever solely commented on Black Panther. If that's the case they aren't being productive participants in this thread.
If they aren't here to discuss Black Panther primarily, they shouldn't be posting here.

So should we see Black Panther's cape in the sequel, or never on film at all?

I think a ceremonial cape is appropriate, but otherwise keep it off.
