Something like this or the Ngbaka (as an energy weapon) would be uniquely african in appearance and be a cultural signifyer, would be distinct and recognizable like Mjolnir, and could be easily made as a nerf toy and sold next to Cap's Shield and Thors Hammer. I was sort of starting to get a Darth Maul vibe out of the direction this was going.
In the least we know Disney can get ahold of the right people to do the special effects if they decide to go in that direction.

Now this I actually like more than they Scythe. Its just basically going two energy daggers together and then stretching them out to become like that

I prefer T'Challa's signature weapons to be his mind, body, and soul. Old school, and not really marketable for toys, but there you go. But there you go. I like the vibranium weave suit. It's unique. The rest of his tech or magic should come and go kinda like Reed. Richards has stuff he uses once in a while, but doesn't carry around in some techy bag of holding.
