Props to Loki since he's still alive at least ;)

As far as the MCU goes, Loki still has got to be considered da man. He's been used in multiple movies, so he's proven his lasting power.
That said, I'm not convinced we've seen the last of Killmonger so he may still have a shot at playing catch up.
Just thought I would post this for new fans of BP. It's Newsarama's 10 must read Black Panther stories of all time:

Killmonger took his death like a man while Loki sat up on subjugated lockdown in Asgard crying about his adopted mom's death!
Killmonger was not slammed repeatedly by Hulk and mocked as a puny god like ever!
Killmonger would never let Jeff Goldblum play him like a sidepiece in Thor: Ragnarok just for kicks!
Killmonger is not getting snuck up on by Black Widow and mind tricked into confessing his true plans!
Killmonger would have probably killed Bucky for murdering King T'chaka long before the real truth emerged!
Killmonger established dominance as a villain in one movie without Thanos and them's help!
Killmonger was snatching lunch money from lesser students at MIT just because he was smarter and could... What school did Loki attend I'll wait!
Killmonger has special forces kills marked all over his body making even Rambo jealous!
Killmonger for da win...

Even Ross was humbly bragging about Killmonger’s accomplishments, dude is a bigger boogeyman then Winter Soldier was And this is all without being enhanced or having powers

But he's mortal so there's that. ;) Rest assured that Loki's had eons of bad deeds and he does it with guile, manipulation and deception, because that's what he does as the God of Mischief.
We can both agree that they were played by very charismatic actors and I'll just leave it at that.

Loki has had his share of set backs... but frankly that's what happens when you're in 4 movies, with a 5th on the way. Villains ultimately do lose to the heroes... it's sort of their job. Though you can make an argument that Loki does actually "win" the second Thor movie. Sort of. There are some bragging rights there.
Bottom line is we will see. Loki was an incredible enough character to be used again and again and again. He's had more appearances than most heroes... that tells you the level of performance the actor gave, and the level of depth marvel has given the character. And a couple years from now, we very well could be saying the same about Killmonger as I still believe he'll come back too.
I don't know, between Zemo and now Killmonger I think that regular smart guys that like to blow **** up have been giving Marvel heroes that work.

I think once TPTB at Marvel Studios see how big an impression the actor and the character made with audiences, they will find a creative way to bring Killmonger back.

Nice, lol. I love how this movie has so many people backpeddling and eating crow simultaneously, its the gift that keeps on giving.

Really, Killmonger is almost supposed to die anyways so I don't think it'll be that hard to justify him coming back. That aspect is actually true to the source material.
Granted the MCU is a little more serious about deaths... off the top of my head Coulson is the only exception to that. But we'll see.

It is pretty amazing how some of the most normal villains have proven to be some of the most effective.
I guess that's sort of the inverse of the idea that anyone can be a hero. Anyone can sort of be a villain too. You don't necessarily need super powers or alien technology. If a little brains and a lot of hard work, you too can become a super villain.

Plus, it would be kind of cheap if they brought Killmonger back. I kind of hope M'baku isn't the villain in the next movie, I like him too much. Winston Duke sold every scene he was in.
Spoilers below if you have not seen it yet...
Loki is used multiple times because Magneto and Dr Doom are tied up with other studios so that is more default than on purpose!
Let's review origins...
One villain was left for dead as a baby and adopted to live as a prince in Asgard which means that bills are paid in advance, the liquor is on the house and the women just throw themselves at he and his brother Thor who win wars off their father's already well established kingdom!
One villain as a fatherless child has to make it all work out on the streets of Oakland where gangbangers, pedophiles and drug dealers have their way all day every day!
One villain has access to the mighty throne and all it's vast protection and resources along with a Rainbow Bridge featuring unlimited frequent flyer mileage to anywhere in the galaxy!
One villain may literally had to deal with an eviction notice requiring him to eat out of garbage cans or shack up with local street hustlers and then find time to finish enough homework to qualify for a scholarship to one of the greatest technical schools like ever!
Pampered versus pimping... This isn't even close!
You need to fly into San Francisco FIRST look around carefully at the housing there and then drive across that long bridge into "Oaktown" and see how Killmonger (by movie canon) had to live before his journey got started!
I mean... Who graduates MIT with honors to join special forces just to kill people???
Whatever is going on in Killmonger's mind is far beyond anything Loki and his mischief can come up with... No one ever talked down to Killmonger for any reason whatsoever he commended respect day one!
(Shot his own girl... DAYUM)
