That's just beautiful. Replace Hawkeye with She Hulk or Monica Rambeau and I would be all over that book.
I dunno about that, villains are pretty good with their death traps and whatnot ;)
But in hand to hand, T'Challa should have had no issue with Skull.
Credit where credit is due, though. Johns was one of the few willing to work with Priest's depiction, but his execution needed some fine tuning.
I am a little confused with Red Skull. At that time, he was in the cloned body of Steve Rogers. Did his cloned body also possess his fighting prowess.? I don't even know Red Skull level of h2h skills.

I don't know much about Skull from that era but from Wikipedia:
At one point, Red Skull's mind inhabited a body cloned from Captain America's, which possessed the mutagenic alterations induced by the Super-Soldier Formula. He was thus endowed with a body that was in perfect physical condition, with strength, speed, durability, agility, dexterity, reflexes, coordination, balance, and physical endurance that exceeded that of any Olympic athlete who ever performed. Despite the scar tissue covering his face and head, his senses were still above-average. He has been shown as a superb martial artist, though he was never on par with Captain America himself; he was originally trained by German athletes appointed by Hitler, and is heavily trained as a skilled marksman with various forms of handguns, and well-versed in the use of firearms and explosives.
All in all he seemed fairly capable in the cloned body.

I remember that issue. Schmidt was in beast mode.

Yeah, in Steve's body he is more than capable against Red Shirts. But he was never a match or Steve (and he was dominated by the Kingpin in one on one combat too).
He's no push over, but below top tier.
The toy is real. It's the Hot Toys Black Panther from Civil War last year.

The cape is custom made, though.
Ah, I see.

I was actually gonna say Wasp should be in there, but she and Hank are. They're just a bit less obvious.
Pleasantly surprised T'Challa made the cut. I wouldn't mind that being a future Avengers line up. Can't go wrong with the classics.

Yeah, exactly. He has Cap's body and some skill, but isn't Cap's equal in a fight.
T'Challa is.
But again, Johns' Marvel-Fu was rough, and Red Skull got his ass beat all the same, so... ;)

Yeah, Skull did get his but kicked in the end. So I'm willing to let it slide I guess.
And I always did want to see him and Skull have a story together, so that was cool.
Black Panther is getting another Funko.

Omg, the purple color looks good on him. :)
ComiXology’s Chip Mosher says, “Like Ta-Nehisi Coates and Roxane Gay, Nnedi Okorafor brings her storytelling and world building skills to Wakanda,” about the newest Black Panther scribe. You might know her work from her recent Venom War Stories comic or maybe you’ve read one of her incredible Afrofuturism books like Who Fears Death, or Binti? Whether you’re yet to discover her work or not, you’ll be in for a treat when Black Panther: Long Live the King hits our digital screens on December 13th.
Her books are pretty good. I don't read Venom so I'll grab the first issue and see what's up. She actually writes Afrofururism so on paper she's a better fit.

Thats good and all, But the simple fact that she chumped T'Challa first chance she got in favor of essential fanfic spoils any type of credentials she may have.
