I mentioned this in the Ultimates thread, but since Wakanda is invested in this team I hope this means we'll see more Wakandan heroes.
Yes & I'm petty sure she's Gay aswell..

She'll definitely be the Wolverine of the team. Last time I checked, Gillien said she's around 17-18.
Appreciate the info! I'm not familiar at all with the character but that first issue of A-Force did kinda give an impression that she either was gay or just very close friends with that one heroine who took her exile pretty hard.
ComicAlliance posted an interview that they did with Al Ewing about his Ultimates run.
Key notes concerning BP:
- Wakanda is confirmed to return and be up and running.
- Ultimates will be an official team sanctioned and sponsored by both Wakanda and the U.S. and the team will also have affiliations with Carol's space group.
- He called BP the most pollically powerful character in Marvel.
- Heavy play and focus on his intelligence, and Wakandas advanced tech and vibranium.
- Mentions fun having BP and BM on the same team

F*CKING KNEW IT! :D
Knew Wakandan resources/tech will be used for the team. Anyone who is not liking T'Challa being in this book(especially under Ewing), then I guess those people will never be pleased.

Thanks for the link. The team's mission is what I thought it would be.
I wonder if any other characters will be on the team though. Reed Richards could be a member that they're not revealing yet to avoid spoiling Secret Wars. And I could see Black Knight (one of Ewing's favorite characters) as a member of this team.

Personally, I'd like to see either Captain Britain or Warlock join. One is an Omniversal Cop and, pretty dang smart himself (even if most choose to ignore it), has a versalite power set and is really underutilized. Now, the other is a "God" created by Science and he's also a b!tching philosopher, that's got to count for something.

I think you almost need to take Reed off the board in order to justify him not being on this team, since this sort of thing is right up his ally. I wonder if a big part of the reason this team is even built is because Reed won't be around.
As far as new members... I actually like it at least starting out with a smaller cast so they can have more panel time. Though Ewing does seem to handle larger casts pretty well.

Yeah, both would be nice fits. The Captain Britian Corps were guardians of the multiverse (though I guess we only need 1 these days). And Warlock during the 90's practically had universal savior as part of his job description.

Yeah, Brian would be a good choice for team. I could see Manifold, Nightmask, and Starbrand as members too, but there probably will only be 7 people on the team if any beyond the ones we've already seen.

Honestly I'm not expecting a lot of Hickman's guys to stick around after his run ends.
Though I do think Manifold would be nice on Ultimates or one of the Avenger teams. He's a super handy guy to have around.
Gonna get a lot of hate for this, but I want the Sentry on this team... ;)
I mean he has turned good since Uncanny Avengers.

If there was ever a book where Sentry could fit in, it would be this one.

Wouldn't that be like having Shazam and Superman on the same team????

Agreed. And I trust Ewing would know how to handle the character. Ewing even said that since they are facing high level threats that Blue Marvel will finally cut lose. If Sentry were to join he would be able to. He did bad in Bendis Avengers run because he couldnt cut lose, he was the only powerful character on the team. The Ultimates is entirely different.
