You clearly don't and apparently have a hard time grasping how the metal box worked and that it CONTAINED adversary. Long enough to easily throw said container back into a portal and again he wasn't able to get out without outside interference abd was contained for sometime.. but keep posting scans that have nothing to do with what's Actually Being said though that work too
that was an adversary in Forges body. who body had he possessed during their encounter in wakanda? or even in the scans I provided? you are taking this encounter and over simplifying the encounter and igniting context as well as canonivsllly what has been stated about his power.
The Ultimates put Galactus in a box, I have confidence. Lol
In all fairness there's a difference between assuming the Ultimates can do something, and assuming T'ChalLA single handedly can do something.
I imagine TChalla without help would have a bit of difficulty putting Galactus in a box too. That's why heroes often work together again at larger threats. This stuff isn't always easy.
a multiversal being, roma couldn't kill him and you think a metal box can contain him?:

I now understand why you guys hate coates so much. you want him to write tchalla as a multiversal/universal threat and instead he actually write him in a way that is canonically sound lol.
Lol, you that's not being fair. We just want a writer that understands the true range that the character of T'challa can potentially exist in without being a mary sue. Nobody is looking at T'challa to be made into Thanos. Truthfully a fully realized T'challa is on par with Dr Doom. He lacks the writing to show this. Instead the hot take is Storm being godlike???

Now that I have the know of steel, Tchalla could have dropped the box on him instead of the bombs.
The fight could have played out the same way with the one little change.

I mean come on. I'm not even been facetious. like a demonic god who can destroy the universe who was explained by Roma could not be defeated by technological ways alone yet posters are still arguing he can be contained by being place in a box? that is honestly what it sounds like to me. I mean based upon what you have seen discussed do you think a metal box could contain him? I could be wrong but I dont believe so here.
why does it seem such of a stretch for character like her to be a god when she has healed a dimension on her pen, housed eternity and vast consciousness within her being, defeated death, stated as being a potential omega level mutants as well ?
I get the problem here. people want to see tchalla winning and doing everything on his own. maybe adversary wasnt the appropriate villain for him but to lowball a universal threat like adversary by saying a metal box would contain him would seem to suggest people do think he is akin to a universal being.

Again, it's not like steel is kryptonite. Drop a box on him and there's no reason he can't simply pick the box up again to free himself. It's not like he's suddenly rendered helpless in the presence of steel.

thank you. it only weakens him and metal alone cannot defeat him. how many scans should I post saying this? lol

Then why not teleport out of the xforce base?

Couldn't free himself from the xforce base

OK, I think I understand this. Later depictions simply don't matter. Only the original story written by Claremont.
Gee I wonder what other story written by Claremont is being ignored by later writers with an agenda…

yeah, I'm sure Claremont has the last word on what Storm should be like...

When all is said and done...yeah.
Adversary is a creature of magic. If you have his mistletoe, yu have him.
And T'Challa's combined magic and technology to attack fundamental forces of the universe before. Just ask Mephisto
Couldn't free himself from the xforce base
I imagine picking up an entire base it a lot harder than a metal box T'CHALLA drops on him from a plane. Depending on the size of the base there's probably a couple hundred thousand tons of mass involved.

Last word always from the last guy who wrote it. Which presently is Coates as far as Adversary and Storm goes.
