The films are overwhelmingly well received because Jon Favreau, James Gunn, Taika Waititi, Ryan Coogler and Anthony and Joe Russo. They make the films great. Feige just helps them keep the MCU connected. That's not rocket science. The comics did all this first.
Who do you think hired all these people? Not one of the people you've mentioned were known as blockbuster directors prior to their involvement in the MCU. The two closest they've had to "majors" were Whedon and Branagh.
If it's so easy why hasn't every studio managed to pull it off?

DC managed to mess up their connected universe because they don't read comic or respect comics. Feige is just following what the comics have done for years. The DC studio is just insane, but that does not make Feige a genius. He's just using comment sense.
I thought the first movie that showed in cinemas in Saudi was "the emoji movie"? i know i heard it from an npr show that i'm subscribed to.
The Emoji movie was screened in makeshift places as they didn't have actual designated theaters. Black Panther Will be the first film shown in a movie theater in 35 years.

Here's the thing... Fox, Sony, and DC have all tried doing what marvel has done. Even going outside super hero genra we're seeing studios like Universal trying and quite frankly failing at the shared universe thing. Thus far Feige is really the only one who has gotten it done to the scale we're seeing. Nearly two dozen movies and they're still going strong.
Until someone else can accomplish even half of what he's accomplished so far, I don't think Feiges effort can really be minimalized. If it were that easy, someone else would have been able to do it.

It's not his accomplishment, it's Disneys.
FFS. T'Challa was not listed in the top 20 brains in the MCU right here on CBR. Figures
What list are you talking about?

I think it's all of the above. Feige is the guy Disney pays to pull this off.
