Does anyone care about the Inhumans?

I do but don;t like that they are tied in with Xmen. I wish I liked the Xmen as much as I did when I was a kid.

Uncanny sells well (and is a good book with great art IMO), especially considering Inhumans had 0 push at all for... forever?
So they took a zero push brand and right now, Uncanny is selling solid. I think All New is a bit lower but still selling above cut off. Plus Ms. Marvel is an inhuman as well.
Plus in Agents of SHIELD show (and daisy is in the comic, another inhuman). Plus, they are getting their own movie as well. Plus, we know where this is all going... there will be a Inhuman vs Xmen event eventually.

Dito. I'm down to 2 x-books right now... feels sad lol (uncanny, OML, i'll eventually catch up with deadpool)

This is so cool that I'm ignoring the fact that black lions don't exist.
Hahahahah
But i agree about Storm. It's unfortunate but she's somewhere between damaged goods and borderline toxic to me. Not to mention stuck in mud as the perpetual, proverbial wallpaper character in comics, cartoons and film.
I'd rather see a homegrown Wakandan woman with super powers (magical, mystical or inhuman lol) become T'Challa's next love interest. And i think if they were to go that route or just use Ms Rambeau (unlikely of course), I feel either getting that main stream publicity rub from T'Challa would be a more beneficial use of his upcoming global star power.

The love interest/emotional rock of the hero will always be important to female audiences, so i'd rather that draw go to a character within the mytho or one that doesn't have much back stage (or studio) politics to deal with.
I agree with the bolded especially as there are currently ZERO women posting in this thread currently, which definitely wasn't the case during the marriage period back on pre-reboot CBR.

Could those people have just been Storm fans and not BP fans tho....

bruh, its just wakandan scientist playing aroudn with genetics :D
Well, as someone who greatly dislikes Storm, I'm glad the marriage is over. No X-Men drama and all that shit. Don't get me wrong, I love the X-Men, but when they get involved in other corners of the MU, things don't turn out great. I'm glad T'Challa can stand on his own (mythos) and not be accused of using the X-Men name as a "crutch".
That character will always be "needed" for that franchise, can't get written well there but folks just gotta demand she come back to Wakanda because "reasons".
Demand better use of her in her original franchise before trying to put her back in another franchise

Truer words never spoken...
Yep.
and a King may need an extraordinary wife... that doesn't mean that extraordinary wife can't come from actual Wakanda....
Very tru his nxt love interest needs to come from Wakanda imo weather it's a a character from the past for all new one..
My mistake, I didn't realize you spoke for everyone now.
And some people call me arrogant. LOL!
I just post my observations and keep it moving without feeling the desperate need to impose my viewpoints on anyone else.
A minority of others choose to go the gutter route and make it personal with peurile commentary, but I guess that's part and parcel of the keyboard warriorism gone wild. :)
The Wolverine book Addressing it was ridiculous, and again, if they went back because of the ANAD and had them patch it up right, im sure it would be received well, especially if it was done in a manner that respected both characters. If it doesn't happen (probably won't) then thats that. However, I do remember Coates mentioning he was going to Address what happened so i guess we will see how that goes.
That Wolverine story was straight garbage and a rather throwaway attempt on the part of Paul Cornell to try and draw a line under the disgraceful crap some of his fellow writers pulled during AvX.
Some readers were satisfied with the story as it showed T'Challa using his brains and fighting prowess to takeout Wolverine and outsmaert the Virus.
The fact that T'Challa "bested" a Wolverine with an impaired healing factor whilst "forgiving" Ororo and giving her leave to come and go in Wakanda when he had ZERO authority to do so, wasn't lost on readers who actually understood how the portrayal diminished T'Challa.
I actually believe that Coates will do a solid job of addressing (and correcting) a lot of the anomalies that occured under writers less invested in elevating the BP mythos.

That's another interesting insight to me regarding the pre-reboot era! Another sad one tho :(
I would imagine that if, say, Ms Rambeau became the love interest then part of the new flock of women posting here would in part be Rambeau fans firstly (drawn in for obviously reasons) but i also think we would get a flock of those who were indoctrinated through their shipping... especially if she's portrayed as a bad ass in her own right and as a charismatic love interest.
I think the same would apply if it was an original character, if she's bad ass/charismatic, then she'd develop her own cult group of fans like Ms Marvel but also would also bring in posters who were simply won over by the shipping.

I agree with your entire post.
Some heads fail to realise that for a franchise to grow beyond an already existing fanbase, it has to appeal to a wider, more diverse audience.
The presence of Ororo, Ramonda, Shuri and the Dora Milajes brought a lot of female readers into the BP mythos fanbase which at the end of the day, was a really great thing that predated Marvels current fascination with diversity.

do you actually believe what you type or do you just post the most negative thing possible about every scenario?
