Spider-Man is not a Marvel studios property.
People keep saying "Marvel got Spider-Man back" when that's not the case.
Sony still owns the movie rights to the Spider-Man films. Sony covers all the production costs and reaps all the profits from any Spider-Man film. Marvel just now has a more hands on consultant role in the Sony films. Also Spidey is allowed to make cameos and appear in Marvel Studios films and Marvel characters might be allowed to appear in Sony films.
But Marvel Studios is NOT making any Spider-Man films so it'd be odd for it to be announced as part of their film slate. That'd likely be a announcement by Sony.
I'm asumming those three are still rumored right? I get the first 2, but why Strange as the third film?
Fits the time frame for its sequel
Every solo but Hulk has gotten one. As long as it makes money (ant-man didn't break 500mil and it got a sequel), it will get one

Ant-Man is D list at Marvel Comics.
He made money at Marvel Studios. He aint' the same ant-man, and has proven to be profitable and well liked.

The assumption comes from the fact that when the new Spider-Man came out, it specifically took Thor: Ragnarok's release date and pushed everything back besides Infinity War. But I agree. The 3 films were announced as Marvel Studios films. So they shouldn't be Spider-Man unless Sony pushes for one of those spots.
You know what this release date means?
it means that casting and director's choice will be picked next year and shooting for this film will start between November 2016 and February 2017 so Marvl needs to buckle up fast now
Do they have any concept art of what wakanda would look like on film?
Probably not. I mean shouldn't the director have input when it comes to visualizing Wakanda?

I wonder if one of those 2020 films could be the long desired Black Widow solo.

Not sure because even before james gunn was picked to direct GOTG, they already had concept art of all the characters before they were changed again.
The same thing happened with blade when the concept artist and production team created concept art of blade's weapon and other things in 1996, 2 years before it's release so we would probably see some concept art next year

Yup...Though the director obviously has no say in who plays the lead and how the Black Panther costume looks. I'm guess some of the tech will appear in Civil War also.

'*gasp* My wish came true! That Black Panther would be put ahead of the first Infinity War! Now it should be easier for Marvel to script a story because they won't have to deal with after events of the wars build up.

I think the fact that the BP movie has been moved around before and after Infinity War is likely an indicator that Infinity War won't really effect the BP film. It's probably the teasers doing most of the work as far as connectivity goes.
-
I feel like BP will be like an "extended flashback i.e. not taking place in the current MCU but like stil being a story that needs to be told. I feel like he will be in Infinity War and his movie too.

Fegie has already said it's going to be about Wakanda being introduced to the rest of the world. That T'Challa and his father saw what happened during Age of Ultron and realize they need to become more involved in global issues.

While true, there is no way Marvel will directly compete with Spider-Man since they do have a financial stake in it now (in the sense of merchandise and they need the new spidey not ot suck bc he is eventually going to be an avenger)
2019 or 2020 fits the timetable for Spider-Man 2.
